Scale must be off so they cut me down and then tell me I can't pull it out of the bin to reweigh it because they told me to put it in the bin waste my time

My boyfriend was denied service for not having ID and the chick working was being condescending, racist and rude. Maybe if they had some customer service training, this review might have been different. Also, no need for belligerent behavior. Poor customer service skills.

The best scrap yard in Winnipeg. Yard is maintained and enough room to move with a trailer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Years ago they pointed out the different metals in my load and taught me a bit about scrap which I have benefited from ever since. I have never had a bad experience!

Good place to go for scrap metal. My crew member left without picking up the money. I called later and they had no issues tracking it down and getting me the money for my scrap.
