1st time at LKQ ordering a fuel pump for a 2001 Chevy Blazer, 4.3 ltr 4dr. pretty simple order, I received a quote of $97.00 but it has to be brought in from the states and will take (2) days. I said "perfect" and the order went out. `4 days later I come in from the country 40 klms away to get the part only to find out that the part now cost me $109.95 and it's the wrong part. the connections are wrong. I get another sales man to check out the part number and it turns out that the 1st sales man ordered the fuel pump from a "200" Blazer not a "2001" WHY: I dont know and he isn't around to provide an answer. Salesman #2 says he will re-order the correct pump for me and now because it is Thursday, I won"t get it until Monday of the next week but he assures me that he will "adjust the price accordingly" because of the mix up and time delay (not to mention my travel twice from south of the city). Monday comes and my part comes in at 2 pm, I travel to the city to pick it up and "yes" it is the right part but when I go to pay for it there is "no" adjustment to the part price to which I was told would be done. The counter guy says because LKQ had to purchase the pump from another wrecker I dont get the discount. (But it's there fault for the screw up in the 1st place) I simply told LKQ that because I had to wait (5) days because of `their`screw up and they would not reduce the price for all my troubles that I would `never`deal with them again. absolutely no apologies from the cash clerk and on my way I went`. sure glad there is alternative wreckers in Winnipeg, and I hope nobody has to go through what I went through.

Location little too far but i guess this is how they are. parking is avilable all around. i guess if you qre not sure about anything goto door 12 and see the rep. i called LKQ few times and found good customer service give you all the information you need. i like their price too.

Good part selection but they did give me a broken transmission and the wrong mirror. They do refunds but this not very handy when you have to drive an hour to pick up parts. They need better quality control.

Purchased a used transmission from Winnipeg Location. Received a six month warranty, Transmission needs replacement, was told it would be warranty after a month, waited over 3months for a replacement transmission. was always told someone would call me back. Never received a called back. called to find out what was going on. still no replacement transmission is what I was told. Have to chuck this up to a bad experience.

Googled close part shops near by, they came up. Great! Thought I'd check their website to lookup the part I need. Suddenly they want me to choose from all their businesses spread across the dumpster fire we used to call america. When I finally get their site to acknowledge our corner of the world and look up my part...nothing. I looked up "truck"...nothing. I looked up "car" and I was given shipping information. Pretty sure they don't actually a database of any sort, just phone numbers for other locations. "Hey Bucky, you got an air filter? Great, send it to me"

Super helpful front end staff, but that's it. The front end guys helped me find the part I needed, and were very cool about it. However I was never informed when my part arrived their and had to check in a few times until it showed up. Don't even bother trying to call their for any kind of service. No one ever picks up the phone, and thier voicemail just disconnects you.

Purchased engine had faulty head gasket. No warranty unless engine was installed by a certified shop. Won’t return core charge because it took me more than 30 days to install myself during a Covid lockdown. All of the company’s policies are a means to weasel out of standing behind their products. Do not do business with them for any reason!

They have access to alot of parts. However they have a bad tendency to not research the parts properly for fit. So a suggestion to everyone is to bring in your part that is needing to be replaced to compare with the part that you are buying so you don't end up getting the wrong part or at least take pictures of your old part for comparison.

Ordered a part from a girl working there. Was told it was coming from minnesota and would be in by the following tuesday. Was given order number. Called back to find out order number didnt belong to part I had ordered and was told by another staff member she probably didn't even order the part. Wasted my time and most definitely won't be dealing with you guys again. Thanks for nothing.

Counter staff was pleasant and helpful.. unfortunately price quoted over the phone was not the same as what was charged on site..core charges were also never mentioned..prior research showed me it would have been cheaper to purchase from lkq online, even with shipping and still kept my core..

Ok customer service but way way way over priced for use car parts. Just got quote 155 per rim for used alloys 18”.WHAT THE!!! I can buy them brand new alloys of Canada Wheels for 152 free shipping. 3 other places dealing in used rims have quoted 60 to 75 per rim ????? Can you say rip off much.

Ordered a 2001 engine and had to prepay it full price, a week had past so I called in for a follow up soon to realize know one is picking up my calls and once I did get a hold of a representative he told me he would check up on the order and call me back, never did. On the second week I called In again, and again kept being transferred to other representatives who didn't pick up there phones. Finally at the end of the second week I drove to LKQ Auto Parts thank god the engine was finally there, (and I got no call that it arrived) I pick up the engine and once I got home to unload it......... The engine isn't a 2001

Well, my first ever experience with LKQ went really good beyond expectation, having ordered honda pilot wheel and the part was ready for pick up within three days as promised. The condition was absolutely fine that too very much within a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place and would certainly love to deal with them in future as well. anyone who gives LKQ a bad rap is full of crap. Never had an issue. I have bought many parts from them because they have them in stock for my ford explorer and excellent quality just picked up a front strut assembly from an 05 for 50 bucks they said it cam from a vehicle with 118km when i picked it up it was after market and had less than 10k on it going to get a corner light assembly from Day street because they have it in stock no one else did thats why i go there

I ordered a used mirror for my F150 and upon installing it found it not working. A phone call later with no other used mirrors available and the staff found me a new mirror at a different location. The staff at that location said they would even stay open late for me to exchange the used mirror. The terrific helpful staff and service was very much appreciated!

Just called them to put in an order, spoke to Matt. He was knowledgeable and had a good price. Called to confirm the auto part had arrived in stock. They never mentioned that they had two locations. The website shows their auto parts location as Day Street. When I go there they said the part was at their other location half way across the city. Not happy.

Called twice to confirm part was there, take time off work cause they aren't open past 5 and when I get there no part! Person there said I never should have been told the part was there! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! For what it's worth I've had good luck with Aime's and Nortech.
