Prices are hard to beat. A new TPS sensor is 80+ dollars, 5$ here,, A new instrument gauge is 200+ on ebay, 60$ here. They constantly have more cars coming in each day for you to pick over and have different lots with different makes in them. Staff has always been friendly.

Great place for used parts if you know what you need and know how to remove it. Yard is somewhat a mess do wear your rubbers if it's wet and even when dry still can be quite messy.

Nice staff. Went half an hour before closing. All I needed was really small electrical plugs. Showed it to the lady and she let me have them without paying. Definitely would go there again. Not to sure why there was so many negative reviews about staff being rude. I went into that place with the expectation of just getting what I needed and leaving. Staff are just there to collect payment.

Solid place to get good used parts and you can occasionally find a few gems here. This is the truck location, they have a car/ small SUV location in the next lot on the other side of the intersection. Typically have everything I need and you can’t beat the prices.

Traveled an hour and a half only to get there and be told they're planning on closing at 4:45 today instead of 5 (their posted closing time) and it was 4:20 when I got there. That's what I consider poor customer service. Really limited my time to look.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had no experience with a pick and pull scrap yard and the women at the two front offices were helpful and welcoming. Wish they had more of my type of vehicle I was looking for, but that's a minor gripe. Overall, a great experience and I'll be returning in the future.

In all the years I've gone to Bucks on Springfield. I've never had a bad experience, I think the prices are fair. I do like you can check their inventory online, so you can see if they have the vehicle you need. Sometimes you get asked to show you're Bucks Card, other times they don't bother. Really depends on who's working the counter. One time a girl that was working the counter gave a guy a hard time because he didn't have proper footwear, such as Steel toed Boots. She wouldn't let him in the yard. It would be better if the hours were longer in the evening. Really just hit or miss there. Also be sure to keep away from the stacked cars, they get after you if you wonder over there. A good cordless air ratchet or cordless impact gun will save you alot of time, if you're in a rush, just a aheads up.

Its always a poor experience few occasions i visit. The management sound like they do me a favour and forget I am paying for the item. I guess a Camera with voice recorder should be installed in the reception so you see some cold treatments few or many people get. Unfair if I must be sincere.

Reception desk has Plexiglas shields and sign in/out contact sheet for Covid measures. Nice little place on Springfield. Really easy going staff and simple to navigate yard. Fords on one side and FCA vehicles on the other. Well laid out. I eventually found the part I was looking for and staff gave me a tool to help with removing a stuck component. Very helpful! Will come back again for my domestic vehicle odds and ends needs!

If you are repairing your car by yourself and looking for some used part for it this is the best place. It is very simple. You just come and remove the spare part you need by yourself. If it does not fit your vehicle, you can return it. Good staff and good prices. I highly recommend this place.

Telephone greeting says you are open. I go there 9:32am 201228, your door signs say you should be open. White car and I try your door. No one is here. You could have changed your schedule on Google Maps and recorded your holiday times on your answering machine. Highly inconsiderate.

Good for things like sensors, cosmetic parts, and some automotive parts. However, the price on some items isn't great. Why pay $25 for a used and worn out strut when you can get a brand new one from rockauto for just 10 bucks more?

Good used car/truck batteries for $25 including taxes. Loaned me battery meter do I could test my boost battery purchase and gave me 30 day warranty. Purchased 5 or 6 over the years and they honoured there replacement warranty when one had a cracked case at the top post.

Bucks always seems to have the parts I need... its always fun to poke around and see what they hauled in and as available. Vehicles are nicely organized and easy to access. Prices are on point too, just fixed a Pontiac G6 mirror for under $20 ...dealer wanted over $350 for the part and install. Staff are always friendly and fair. I’ll be back as usual!

Love coming here. Great prices on everything, and the staff tend to be very helpful. It is definitely a bring-your-own-tools environment, but if you need something to borrow the other customers will probably lend you it :) After all, "junkyarders" will probably be some of the most down to earth, real people you meet, so I've had nothing but friendly encounters! . . I've gone to other yards like Tin-Man, and they are... well... kinda awful compared to this business! . . In short, I would give a higher rating than 5/5 if I could!

Depending on the year of your vehicle they will most likely have the part you need. However it is a self serve yard. Meaning that you bring your own tools and take the part off yourself. Good to call ahead to make sure they have the year of vehicle that you are looking for. They have 3 yards down the same stretch of road.

Given a selection of options at the menu when I called. Chose the appropriate number and got a very loud fax machine, followed by "hello?" and they hung up. Called back a few times in the next little bit and got a machine that directs your call then cuts you off. No thanks.

Bucks is okay. Their pricing is all over the place. Might want to confirm a price before you go to the trouble of taking a part off. You can buy a push bar for $50 bucks and that's a good deal, a door for $40 etc... or you can spend an hour of your day taking out some factory junk speakers and they'll want $20 for them... like really your gonna crush that truck what are the speakers worth a penny each? or a fifteen year old aftermarket deck, $50... like really? And forget about making them an offer on the overpriced stuff that grumpy girl would rather throw it in the trash then give it to you for what it's actually worth.

I went for the 1st time, and the girl at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I was also greeted by a lovely cat named Mama,...she was napping on the desk. ???? The price was very affordable. The yard was pretty organized. We liked how all the cars were up on metal frames. It felt safe. Though I was only looking for headlight, for any other more complex parts, it would be easily accessible Dress appropriately, was pretty muddy/mucky. Make sure you have all the tools with you. Definitely would go back there!????????????????????????

Wanting to buy locally I first checked prices from Rock Auto Canada needing a headlight assembly for an 03 Chevy Blazer I went to Bucks and found one already taken out of the grill which was great however when I went to pay it was costing me $10.00 more than brand new. When I informed the staff of that hoping to at least match the price of new her response was, "Get it from there then" So i did. Save yourself money and the trip and shop Amazon or Rock Auto Canada.

Really pathetic service for new comers. Not at all friendly for me, didnt tell me how it works there. The lady with glasses on told me to figure it out myself when i asked her that the car is half buried in snow and i cant get off the tyre. Clearly seemed like she had a problem with my ethnicity. I came to buy 4 tires, i had to find some other auto part store nearby, and cause of a racist behaviour and pathetic customer friendliness, i left the store. Very Demoralizing as an international student with minimal value, trying to find some help on getting some spare parts in such a giant scrap handling organization.

got here before 9am, every bit of info online and onsite says they open at 9, waited until 20 after 9 before anyone showed up, and there's no voicemail or secondary phone number. now my buddy the mechanic is tearing parts off solo because he's faster than I am, and I lose out on a learning opportunity... hopefully the parts work, because im already a bit disappointed.
