These guys are great. I have never had a problem with their product. They have helped me troubleshoot printer troubles and toner troubles. They were even able to fix a favourite printer of mine. Saved me from having to buy a new printer. I recommend them for home or office use!!! Amazing team!!

I've been dealing Amy and the OCPR team for 15 years for my home and office. I was recently in a pinch when setting up to work remotely and realized I desperately needed ink for my home printer - they got it to me same day! They are always quick to reply and drop off/pick up and SO friendly and helpful to deal with! I haven't, and wouldn't, consider using anyone else for my print needs!

These guys & Gals are GREAT to deal with... I had an issue with my printer printing magenta on the side of my pages and as I always get my replacement toner cartridges from OCPR I called them and then brought them my toner cartridge & in minutes their tech look at it and fixed whatever it was (AT NO CHARGE TO ME) and sent me on my way... I love the top notch service I receive from this place... Their Customer Service is second to none...

OCP has absolutely the best service anywhere. The replacement cartridges work perfectly and of course are SO inexpensive compared to original brands. Amy and her crew are extremely helpful. When my printer was giving me problems Amy sent Phil out to help. Phil drove to our place of business and solved the problem. There was no bill. What other business will do that? When I mentioned that I was going to buy a new printer Amy gave me some buying advice and a coupon which reduced the cost of my new printer. I could go on, but suffice to say that you will not find a better company to deal with than Okanagan Computer Products. I highly recommend them.
