If you're looking for a new car/truck, look no further than Kelowna Chevrolet. With the help of Joel Speckman (Sales) and Leah Babington (Finance) we just leased a 2020 Silverado Duramax LTZ in order to tow The Boom Box. Even though we are based out of the Sea To Sky corridor, Joel and Leah made the process seem as though we were in the dealership. I was able to get the finance application started while I was on the golf course, yes I repeat....THE GOLF COURSE!!! When it was all set up and ready to go I flew out to Kelowna and Joel picked me up from the airport in style, when I got to the dealership I was blown away but the customer service they provided, and within an hour I was in the truck and on my way back to Whistler!

Toyota dealership was also much better that that. The mechanics that work there are awesome thought. I went in to look at a vehicle that I had seen online. Emailed about it and got transfered to gentleman that let me know it was still available. Went in a day or so after to take a look at it, and he immediately went to numbers and asking about my credit score. I used to work at a chevrolet dealer in sales, and know how things should work. Well it didn't take long for him to come back and more or less refuse me to even look at the vehicle I had in question. He started making decisions for me, which frustrated me. In turn he suggested maybe a different vehicle, which I was open too, that is until he pulled around a base level truck. I don't have a base level vehicle currently, and didn't ask for base level vehicle. Again I was insulted with what he was doing, making the choices for me without actually digging into why I had come down in the first place. This experience was not the first of unpleasant instances. I have been in the dealership before and when I was looking at vehicles in the showroom I was asked not to touch. I am a younger guy, and work hard, have a nice vehicle. Do I look the part? Hell no. But the salesman have been very judgemental. When I started to tell them what I have they have assumed it was a older less equipped model that what I should have. Thats has been done twice while dealing with salesman there, which is condescending. Lastly, the service has only been okay. Told one price on the phone, then another when you actually go in and pay, and it's different enough that is upsetting. As a man who does like chevrolet, I sadly can't say that I am happy with this chevrolet dealership.

Came in for a 10am appt left at 1pm 3 hrs to change the oil check a radio issue and battery. Took way too long, service has declined since last visit. I was disappointed to find out they did not wash my vehicle again as promised. I will not be returning for any future service and I will be trading my truck in at a different dealership in the next couple of months. I do not recommend this dealership

Ya. Sorry I didn't write a review before. But my experience wasn't the best. My lease is up on my Honda and I was looking for an electric vehicle. First off I was the only customer in there so it's not like I was wasting anybody's time. But I was inquiring about getting a Bolt. I wanted to test drive one first. You know, I'm not going to shell out 40k on a car I can't test drive. Anyway, the sales guy was like, why get a bolt when you can get a volt. Well, I've actually heard great things about the bolt, and not so much on the volt. Anyway, I ask if I can test drive a bolt and the salesperson says"no, there's a waiting list of about 8 people who've purchased one and you won't be able to test drive one". Anyway, I'm ok with that and I mention that I'll just wait and come back maybe when production had ramped up and I can test drive one. Not kidding, but the sales guy goes back to mentioning the volt again and says... Get this... If you want to drive a bolt you can put your $1,000 down and get in line. Maybe, saying can I get your number and I'll call you when we have one available for test drive would've been nice. But, I can test drive one if I put my $1,000 down and get in line. I was not impressed. I still really in the market for an electric but that guy really put me off of Chevy. Which is too bad, because, again, I've heard great things about the bolt.

Response to owner: Yes, well his interest was getting me in the most expensive car I could afford, instead of the actually best car for me. I was also quoted $736.86 for parts (Drum, shoe set & bearing). I ended up getting it from rock auto for $371.21(All OE parts).

Oct 1st 2021 4pm. We have been looking for a 2021 Regular Cab Long box 4x4 for months now and we found one in Kelowna. We reached out to Kelowna Chevrolet Sept 25th through an on line vehicle auto finder and our salesperson reached out to us days later and that's when we were introduced to Luke via text message , E Mails & phone calls and after chatting for a couple days hammering out a deal where everyone was comfortable my partner n I decided to drive from Chilliwack to Kelowna Friday and staying the night at the Best Western next door. 1st Impression of this Dealership. Clean neat n tidy inside and out are the words we would use to describe this dealership including the bathroom. All levels of staff that we dealt with were helpful and respectful; which to us means a lot and should anyone. Our sales guy ( Luke ) certainly stands out to us and will be our go to guy in future vehicle purchases as will Dave in parts for helping us with Wheels n Tires and hood deflector. We had a long day there ( Kinda like buying a Cell Phone ) lol. But Luke and Dave offered us a loaner car so we could escape for a while and pointed us to Gyro Beach Park so off we went. Sadly I will not recommend anyone buys anything from kelowna chevrolet. They were supposed to order me in a 2020 Camaro over two and a half months ago after finding out they did not order in the car I had requested..I foolishly had another car ordered in by them not only did they not order the second car the two sales agents a father and his son and there manager Jason couldn't even call me to tell me they didn't. I've wasted my summer waiting for this custom order car know have to possibly wait until late fall to get the car. Feel like one simple phone call could have saved me 4 months of my time.....come on guys this is ridiculous...

Before we test drove it we pointed out to the salesman Jordan, that the tires looked pretty worn, he insisted the tires and the car were “certified pre-owned”. We test drove it, liked it, and put in an offer based on the state of the tires. That offer was declined. The sales manager ended up being brought into the discussion who then looked at the tires and agreed they were not road worthy, we then had to negotiate a deal for new tires! This dealership is clearly not interested in customer safety if they are willing to put tires that are not road worthy on vehicles for sale, and then make the customer pay for new tires in order to drive away. The salesman did not tell to us that the car only came with one key fob, a cost of approx. $400, and perhaps this is standard in the industry, but I’ve bought many cars in my life and have never bought a car new or used car with only one key. It has now cost me $1000 to confidently drive this car off the lot, and the sales team is no longer returning my calls. Maybe Kelowna Chevrolet shouldn’t deal in “pre-owned” cars if they don’t make any money as this was the excuse told to us over and over, for which seemed to be the reason for poor customer service (paid a $899 docking fee for a detailed car etc., which when I unloaded the tires from the backseat, discovered was filthy, parts of the car in the cup holder?) I needed a car and decided this one would work for me, but in the future I would never take my family to this dealership for a vehicle. All that being said, I will say Leah in finance was professional and Billy was a joy to meet.

5 out of 10. Purchased a car battery from them 2 years ago that had a 30 month warranty. After having to boost the car several times recently I decided to have the battery checked. Unfortunately they said I would have to bring the car and battery in to check all the systems not just the battery. Parts said they would order a battery in for me so when I came in they could give it to me if needed. They then said I would have to book an appointment with service to have it checked. After speaking with service on the phone they first told me the earliest appointment was two days out. I explained that was not satisfactory as this was for my wife's car and she needs it. The car was undriveable as whenever you turned it off it had to be boosted. They then told me to bring it in the same day at 2pm and assured me the replacement would be in Stock by then. After the battery was checked and verified to be faulty they told me the battery had not been ordered yet but it was on its way. Once the battery was there after being at the dealer now for nearly 1.5 hours they told me it would be $70.00 to install it. I refused and said I would do it myself. It took me 15 minutes at home to install it and then had to return the battery core. That said. I would not by an AC Delco battery there again. If it had been purchased at Lordco parts they would have checked the battery alone at their counter in 5 minutes and if it was bad they would have replaced it immediately. Only gave them a average 5 because I did finally get a new battery .Done.

25300-03: Safety Recall – Front Wiper Transmission Corrosion Failure (Canada Only) – 2010-2017 Chevrolet Equinox & GMC Terrain Repair as completed had the wiper hitting the A-pillar when operating. Also the plastic cover at hood-fender interface was not installed properly. I fixed both of these deficiencies myself rather than returning to Kelowna Chevrolet. I did not inform Kelowna Chevrolet of these deficiencies. Vehicle intake and return were good. Vehicle was washed upon return. Had to park it with windows down to clear shop smell.

Went several times without ever getting a response to our financing application, my husband doesn't have the best credit score, but neither the salesman, his supervisor or the financial manager had the courtesy to call back and at least tell us that they tried but nothing could be done. The staff (and pups!) are extremely friendly and knowledgeable who give their all to help you out in any way they can. I found the interactions quite superficial and not all that was negotiated ended up coming to be true in the end. When I addressed this and my disappointment, there was no attempts at resolve. I brought my 2004 Chev Malibu in for intermittent right blinker problems. My car was kept for two weeks, but I was given a courtesy car in the interim since we are a one car family. That was appreciated. Just over $1000 later my blinker works, but my odometer is in MPH, which can’t be changed because the original radio is needed to change that (which we don’t have), cruise control no longer works (no issues with it before now), and we have no high beams. I haven’t driven it at night yet, but hopefully I have some lights. With all these new issues, we feel we need to look for a new car. I’m incredibly disappointed in my experience

Not a great experience at all. I went to this dealership with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and had done my research. The salesman tried to sell me a lower trim model (LT) for more money than I could have ordered the higher trim (Z71) on the internet. I had explicitly said I wanted specific features that the LT didn’t have but they were so desperate to sell something off the lot they forgot about providing the customer with an end product they want. Once I returned to order the truck I ACTUALLY wanted, giving the salesman the benefit of the doubt, they finally found a Colorado Z71 that I was happy with in BC. I put a deposit on it and left, only to get a call a few hours later from the sales manager saying I couldn’t have that truck anymore. No apology, no explanation. Instead he suggested I buy a different Z71 that was $6000 more than I wanted to spend saying “I’m not sure why you didn’t go with this one in the first place, it has most of the features you want.” When my fiancé returned the next day to get my deposit back he was dodged for over an hour until finally they returned the money. I ended up going to Bannister GM in Vernon and had an amazing experience. Take my advice and go somewhere else from the start. Update: I was contacted by the manager of Kelowna Chevrolet and he did apologize for the experience which was appreciated.

Service when buying was great but once bought and you need service, wow the worst experience we have ever had at any car dealership.We also never did hear from our sales guy after we bought it so not impressed there but our truck has a distinctive clonk when shifting gears. They keep telling us that is normal in this truck. Our system, says transmission is ok, The clunk is getting worse but the service department makes us feel like we are crazy.We have talked to some other service guys outside of the dealer ship and all say it is not normal. The diagnostic system might say it is ok but does not mean it is.Not when it clunks. We have been advised to take it to another chevy dealership.Front service secretary staff is downright rude. They like to tell you they are totally right but than refuse to show you questions you want answered on your bill when paying.All they say is I know I am right so just pay the bill. Bill was much higher than told to. WE might have bought our truck here . They will never get our service again

I bought a 2002 Silverado 1500 from this dealer through salesman Joel and when i had the truck in recently was told about many repairs that were needed When i bought the truck which i was never told about and also items like brakes which needed to be done 20K ago but a year later after no changes now don"t need to be done even though all brakes were at 60%. Was very mad to find a very thick rats nest in the air cleaner a week after i bought the truck and when i spoke to the manager i was told that it was never noted and nothing they could do seeing the Tech that worked on it never noted it now i have a rat problem in the vent system with no way to prove it. As for the brakes needing to be done 20k ago and not now i was told come of the techs are more aggressive with their examinations which is complete BS. Up sales when they are not in anyway needed is very wrong and untruthful. Beware if you are told something is needed from this dealership please bring it somewhere else first and second don't buy any used vehicles trusting their inspection system. i was told i needed 2150$ in repairs including all fluid flushes when in fact all were recently checked and are in good shape including both diffs T case and transmission.

When arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Rodger Houle who confirmed my appointment and concern. I was offered a courtesy shuttle ride home and would be contacted when the vehicle was ready. I have taken my work van to service today and charged but not paid total bill. I demand for reasonable bill. contacted gm Canada and filed a complaint. works include follows: 4 snow tires replacement $40.00 (tires purchased from same dealership last winter.it was part of the deal $10.00 for a tire replacement). Rear left signal bulb replacement $75.00 Driver side door holder install $275.00 (it is a 2" long and 1" wide piece of metal. attaches to door and the body.4 screws to loosen.) Air filter replacement $56.00 Soap/Detergent/Cleaning charges $36.00 (No cleaning or detailing has been done. charge for mechanics to clean themselves after each repair has been done) 6 sparkplugs and cable replacements or Tune up $800.00 ( I was called and given price for tune up and told them not to do it) i have presented almost $500 invoice. After 30 minutes of yelling and screaming paid half of it because they forgot to get my signature on the work order in the beginning. Do not let them do any work before you know the price. Do not sign the work order before repair has been done. (if you do! permission has been given and no discount) Check your invoice before you pay. let them explain it line by line. They make hidden charges looks so ligit. Be aware !

Dealership try to sell me whole new engine for only $6500.00 ( Van had only 1,50000 km and I am the first owner )and I paid the bill and toed my van to lower mainland and fixed it for only $100.00.Now GM product and this dealership is last thing on my list. Got me into the truck I wanted for close to the budget I was looking in but when I was test driving the truck I noticed the brakes were squealin pretty good so I brought it up to the salesman and got told Yep no big deal will have them replaced or fixed. Bought the truck believing this. It was a used truck. Truck went in and I got told there is nothing wrong with them and got the truck back. month or so goes by they are still squealing(go figure) so it went in again same answer there is nothing wrong with them. Some more time goes by and of course they are still squealing as exepcted so it goes in again. This time I get told it's normal for the brakes to sqeal and there is nothing wrong with them.... Also this time the truck went in a bit dirty so they gave it a wash for me which is great except for black trucks need to be washed in a specific way or they get those black swirl scratches all over them well it wasn't washed the right way as I got it back with those swirls all over it. I tried to let the sales guy know but he wasn't to much help. Kept saying he'd look into it and never got back to me. I Will never recommend anyone here nor buy another vehicle from them.

TLDR; First experience - Good, but slow service department. Plan accordingly. Average experience with the service department. Could be faster and better organized. Everyone seems to move at an average to below average pace. Went in to get 4 snow tires mounted and balanced on steel rims, made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and was told over the phone the appointment would take about 1hr 45mins. I thought this was a bit long for this job, as several other tire shops in the past have done the same job for me including alignment in under 90 mins, but figured they're just playing it safe with the quoted time, so I agreed and decided to wait. Arrived about 5 minutes late for my appointment due to my cautious driving in the snowy weather on all-season tires, but I was the first appointment (7:00AM) so figured they would jump on it quickly. I waited 2hrs and 10mins in the waiting area with no update from the service advisor so I went up to get an update at 9:15AM. The truck just was pulling onto the alignment rack... 2hrs to mount and balance 4 tires seems ridiculous, no? Anyways, was told that the work was about to wrap up soon, so I sat back down in the waiting area. An hour later, now 10:15AM, still no update from the service department, so I went up to see the advisor again. The truck was ready and sitting outside for some time and the advisor was not aware of it for some reason, he said the computer didn't update him. My keys were hung up on the wall behind him, I'd already asked when it would be done, and I'd been there for over 3hrs at that point so I found his response a bit odd. I think the advisor felt badly because he gave me a car wash coupon for the Esso down the road, valid for 30 days. Nice gesture, but not sure there's a point to washing your car in the middle of January... unless they have an undercarriage rinse to wash out the road debris. A positive suggestion would be to make it valid for 6 months so customers can use it in the spring once the snow is gone. Now in quite a rush to get on with my day, I finally pay, get my keys and leave at 10:20AM. I admittedly paid the invoice in a bit of a rush and didn't really review/compare it to my original quote, but once I did I was disappointed to see I was charged $44.78 more than my original quoted amount. It's not a large sum of money, but it's a bit frustrating when they haven't provided any additional service or changed anything from the original quote. I have sent them an email about it and will update this review should they reply. Actual positives of the experience was the dealership is clean and fresh feeling, waiting area has lots of seating and a TV, good coffee, and the staff were quite friendly. The work done on my truck was completed well, my truck drives nice and straight with no wheel vibrations. I'd give them another visit in spite of my experience as it may have been an off day for them and I had good impressions otherwise. Would definitely not rely on their quoted times and wait around again, though. Update - Was contacted by one of the managers, he apologized for the invoice error and refunded me the difference on my quote. Nice to see they made things right.

Got an oil change and service was good HOWEVER, the courtesy driver who gave my wife a ride back to her work made her feel bad for even getting a ride like he was put out to do it or something. He suggested to get our brand new truck serviced on Saturday’s so she could sit and wait so She didn’t have to get a lift from him. Insinuating that she was causing a hardship to him!! What kind of service is that??? We just spent a ton of money on a vehicle there and this is NOT the type service I expect!! A lot of bad reviews on here. Here's another one: Very poor experience, Not up front about pricing, fees, and taxes. Deceiving about their fees. Fees are extremely high. Was treated rude, threatened, delayed replies. They would not honor their quoted prices. Recommend avoiding this dealership. Get everything in writing from the very first second. Tim in Finance absolutely snapped when questioned about documentation fee. Experience started good but quickly turned, Glad I walked away.

Was called to trade our lease in early so we went into this dealership as returning customers. Salesman printed the wrong vehicle spec sheet and we price haggled on one vehicle. Vehicle was changed right before going to financing. Salesman told us vehicle had the midnight package, he was wrong. Were offered above website pricing as returning customers, had to fight for website price. Vehicle VIN was changed 3 times during finance process, they did not even know what vehicle we were financing. It wasn’t until inquiring the following day that we were presented the actual spec sheet. 2 weeks later our salesman calls us asking us to trade in our old truck, that we had just traded in two weeks prior. He had forgotten he had just sold us a truck. Contacted owner multiple times, but at this time nothing has come from that. No sense of family, loyalty, or transparency. This was the single worst dealership experience I have ever had to endure.

I had a leak in the engine area on my 2019 Chevrolet pickup. I didn't buy the truck at Kelowna Chevrolet but I had bought there before. I called service and a young lady told be that I could bring it in the next day anytime after 6:30 a.m. and a service rep would take a look to see what the problem was. She told me that there were no available bookings for service repairs until November 12th but at least I would know what was wrong. I got to the dealership as the service dept. opened and talked with a service agent by the name of Matt. He told me as soon as a tech was in he would get him to look at the problem. The tech's get there at 7 a.m. and shortly after that Matt told me the water pump was shot, he was checking to see if they had the part. He told me they did have the part and if I could leave the pickup there they would try and get it repaired before the end of the day. I told Matt that I would really appreciate that as I was leaving town on Sunday and needed my truck for a trip I was taking. They gave me a ride home and called me at 4 p.m. and said the truck was ready and they would send the shuttle out to get me. SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING!!!!! They could have easily told me they couldn't fix it for a couple of weeks and sent me home. They saved me missing my important trip. I know where I will go for all my service needs and where I will buy my next vehicle. Thanks Matt and the team and Kelowna Chevrolet. THE PRO'S on customer service. I just had my truck back in to get a remote start put on it. I called Parts for a price and was quite please with the quote and had it installed on Wednesday this week. I had made an early morning appointment and when I got there the Service rep said it might take a couple of hours. I explained that I had a Doctors appointment at 10 am and could they try and get the install completed by then. I was very happy when the truck was finished in less than an hour and I was out of there to attend my doctor's appointment. The remote is factory and works great. The funny thing is I got an email message asking me for input on how Kelowna Chevrolet could improve their service. Quite frankly you cannot improve on perfection. Without a doubt the best Service Department in Town. OUTSTANDING, thanks.

Kelowna Chevrolet took fantastic care of me after my mechanic had discovered a safety notice on my fuel system. The service team had to do some digging to find the notice, but they did and replaced everything that was faulty and in a very timely manner. They are by far the friendliest and most professional GM dealership in town.

My grandma had been a loyal customer of Don Folk for many years. They took her to the cleaners for basic maintenance tasks, which upon independent inspection were often not even completed. Thankfully the family was able to catch it eventually, but this establishment is obviously not trustworthy. Taking advantage of broke-ass seniors who're still working for near minimum wage well into retirement is pretty scummy. If you've got a Chev or GMC and are thinking about taking it in, take it somewhere else or take it here at your own financial peril.

I can't say anything about their sales team, but the service team is exceptional. I've been to 3 different gm dealerships, 6 different times, when I first bought my truck (not from Kelowna Chevy) and it had a problem with the 4x4 system starting at only 500km. Kelowna Chevy was the only dealership that managed to find the problem and fix it, the first time I came to them. Matt is usually the one that handles my truck, and sometimes Jordan too, and they both are very knowledgable and answer all my questions that I have. And most importantly, I feel they talk to the customers with great respect. Some mechanic shops I've dealt with talk to you with a "mightier than thou" or "please don't waste my time" attitude, or take advantage of your lack of mechanical knowledge, but from my experience with Matt and Jordan, they are very honest and seem to take pride in their work. They explain the problems/solutions very thoroughly and easy to understand. The guys that work on the vehicles are super great too. Kudos to them for finding the very annoying problem I had in the beginning, and working on my truck with care from then on. Overall, exceptional service staff.

The salesman that we dealt with at the dealership was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy, along with every other person we dealt with during the sale process. We were very happy with the truck we bought. The reason i am giving them a 2 instead of a 5 is because of the pandemic. There seemed to be very little regard for our safety. Our salesman wore his mask while we dealt with him - thank you for that, but in the building itself the staff ran around with their masks under their chin or off their face altogether. Being that the building is so huge i give some leeway. However, there wasn't even an attempt to have their masks up while walking by us or stopping to talk with us. The staff would stand right next to each other with their masks off. There was no social distancing at all. Now, all that said i stayed and made the purchase on our truck. Yes i could have left but i didn't. We needed a specific truck and at the price etc this fit our needs. So yes we risked our safety to get what we needed. We kept maneuvering ourselves to keep a safe distance from people and had our masks on the whole time. If not for the pandemic issues this dealership would definitely received a 5.

Wow lied to me right from the start only reason I financed my car was to get better credit as their finance manager put it, when I was able at the time to put down $10,000 and would have went for a better car, they had a sign on their wall a certain number of oil changes for like approx $495 , when I asked about it they said that has been done for a number of years and someone would call me back, nobody ever has and it has been a year, don’t expect any level of service after they get your money.... Immediately I was greeted by a lovely lady who chatted with me about how much she loved my hair and asked if I needed help. I said no so she left and said to come inside if I had questions. I was given space to check out the truck which I really like. No major pressure is important to me. I walked inside after and was greeted by Logan. His energy and personality was amazing. I felt respected and taken seriously which with my appearance I feel comes very rare unfortunately. I could tell he loved his job and cared about what I wanted. Hr wasn’t pushy which again I feel is very important. I wanted something very specific and he ended up getting me my dream truck from out of province shipped here for me. During the time of waiting for the truck he was great with texting me any updates and hyping me up when things were going good. He was a pleasure to work with right until the end and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. 11/10 satisfied with my experience.

Be very careful of leaving your vehicle at this dealership we took our truck in for repair they had it for a week, tools stolen from locked tool box while under their care, when confronted about the theft we were told to go through our own insurance, leaving us to pay the deductible and them making good money off the repair. never will go back to this dealership.

Bough my car at the beginning of February and I am very pleased and happy with it so far. I have taken many road trips with it since and haven't had any issues. When I changed my tires over from winters to summers the sensors were not connecting to my model so I contacted Kelowna Chev and they fixed it for me without charge and in a timely fashion. Trevor, my sales rep was very helpful and professional the entire process and I am very pleased with the service he provided. Will definitely recommend and come back for any future vehicles. I looked at a 2018 Corvette. I honestly didn't think I'd qualify for financing, due to some past credit hiccups. Within a couple of days, Tristen called to tell me I was approved. I've had dealers tell me the same thing in the past, only to tell me I was approved, but not for the car I wanted once I got to the dealership. I went to the appointment set up for me, fully expecting the bait and switch, and was astounded to be driving home in a 2018 Corvette after only a couple of hours. Big thanks to Tristen and Adam.

Let me start with going to get tires. Not a bad deal they advertise at cost? but overall not a bad deal. Then when they installed tires I was told I needed a brake job ??? Potentially $1500 plus. Odd, I thought and when I informed them I would wait to decide they seemed VERY surprised and hesitant! I got my car home and checked and had my neighbour a Red Seal mechanic look at the brakes and he advised brakes were fine. Just this year went to look at the new Corvette and settled on a model, options etc with a salesman and learned they charge $10.0000 over MSRP because the car is POPULAR. Needless to say I think this is unethical and walked.

I am very disappointed with the Kelowna Chevrolet Dealer. Lets start with the promises from the Sale Person and Manager. Do you have a GST #, are you a student, are you member of the Canadian Arm Forces?. Well I do have a GST #, you qualify for $500 bonus the sale-man said, good, when everything was set and done the bonus figure didn't show on the bill. Then I asked the question why the bonus didn't show. Well, GM doesn't' have bonus for the type of vehicle you purchased. Be careful when you are buying a vehicle at Kelowna Chevrolet. do not trust the sale personnel. Get everything in writing with signatures from anyone at the Dealer before you sign any papers, specially at Kelowna Chevrolet.

I went looking to buy a new car ... I had my heart set on a new chevy cruise. I was about to make a 20,000 plus dollar commitment so obviously I wanted to look and get info about the car... but when I went to apply for financing I apparently had no credit so they would not waste there tim with a customer that wasn't approved ... so after the finance guy was done I waited an hour to look at the car ... they wouldn't gI've me the time of day ... I was left to peer through the windows. I went to nissan they let me test drive what ever I wanted and still took the time to deal with my even though they weren't sure if I would qualify for financing. .. well i got a brand new car from nissan to bad you guys wouldn't give me the time of day ... nissan ended up with a happy customer and I got a way better quality car ... you guys should change your customer service . Shame on you !

I recently had my truck serviced at Kelowna Chev. I had to go back 4 times to have the repairs - repaired. Parts were falling off, the parts needed for the repairs were not ordered, misdiagnosis, transmission cooler lines replaced and zap strapped on instead of bolted. I spoke to the service manager about the hours of time I wasted due to the technician's incredibly poor work. He didn't even offer to reduce my bill. I emailed the general manager, but he did not respond. Don't get your service done here!!!!!

Updated 2021-10-07 As someone in the motor vehicle industry, I am saddened and disappointed that things have come to this. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. The dealer knew a few things: 1. I was new to BC and was in a real bind trying to get a car 2. I was very excited to buy a car. 3. They knew of the damage this car I bought from them had on it and no one took the time to tell me about it. Instead, I found out months later when the car started giving me some serious issues. Issues that will now cost me a couple thousand dollars to fix. They take no responsibility as if they could NEVER do anything wrong. They went out of the way to try to prove that I was nowhere near right. Making me feel small and insignificant to their business. Now it is important to point out that I signed the bill of sale, of course. What wasn't pointed out to me were any of the little check marks on the page. One of which, was claiming that I am "OK" with the damage on the car. I was simply asked sign the page and the car was mine. I'd also like to point out that I had a witness with me during this whole process. Which also means nothing to the dealer. I do take some degree of responsibility of course, I have eyes and can read. But I can only read information given to me and they FAILED and NEGLECTED to show me any Car Proof for my car before buying it. They knew they had a lemon and smiled as they watched me drive away in it. When I asked the sales person if he went over the Car Proof with me he said " I don't know". Yet, it is still all my fault that the Car Proof wasn't provided because I didn't "Ask for it". Any damage over $2000 must be disclosed in detail. I also have the text messages to prove this claim to ignorance. All in all, here I am. A car that doesn't work right, with a huge repair bill and massive damage claim from the previous owner. They haven't had the decency to call me since we last met about the issue. To whom ever reads this, please done waste time buying a car here. They only care about one thing and it isn't taking care of you. It's taking as much money as they can and leaving you in the dust when you trusted them to begin with.

If I could give Don Folk a 0 stars I would. We bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze (diesel) brand new from there just over two years ago and loved the car. However, the last 8-12 months have had issues with the car having difficulty starting, and shifts gears extremely harshly at times. It feels as though a new driver is learning to drive a standard. I have asked Don Folk to look at this numerous times. Each time my car is "ready" they do not call me, I have to call them after days to have my car returned. Last time I gave them my car for over a week, and they had two service advisors drive my car each once, not a mechanic. They insist that nothing is wrong....yet everyone who drives my car feels it. Also, when I took my car in to get a fuel filter changed it took them FOUR times of me bringing my car in after I had a booked appointment to finally get the proper filter in. This company is a huge waste of time, and tries to over charge even after you have been given a quote. Make sure you check everything over. The funny part is, when I was waiting to pay a customer behind me got told that his vehicle had nothing wrong with it and the agent talked to him like he was dumb. He apologized and said he knew what to look for never time. They said "it's ok, no charge today". After five minutes the gentleman came back and the receptionist asked if he forgot something or if she could help him in anyway....his response was Yes, you can help. You can get someone to fix my truck since it won't start. I couldn't help but laugh.....this place is a joke!!!

I made an appointment three weeks in advance. Drove over an hour in the snow to get there and they told me I had no reservation and that I never called them. They told me to wait in a waiting room for half a day and they might look at it... so I had to leave. Anyone can take reservations, but keeping them is what actually matters. Very dishonest people.
