No way they could possibly look it up , I would think there must be some form of indexing vehicles and their battery type or group. I did supply the year, make, model but your front end person said they could not look it up.. Canadian Energy had no problem finding the correct group and type , your loss.

WOW hung up phone on me! Service is lousy bought about 8 batteries from these folks, I keep them maintained and they never last longer than 2 years.go too costco at least you can return and get some service.they won't even give you any warranty coverage.i don't recommmend

I always go here to find odd ball batteries and such, the customer service is exceptional. I recently needed a new battery for my key fob and instead of pushing a sale, the employee ran a few tests, checked the battery, cleaned the contacts and handed it back to me. He said the battery was still half full and the contacts may have been dirty. I went on my way without paying a thing and left very satisfied. Great place for batteries, electronics, help or service!

We had to replace all 6 batteries in our golf cart after the winter which they didn’t survive. Lucked in on a great deal and received a battery carrier along with them. The next day when we returned with the old batteries for our recycle rebate, we discovered that two of our batteries had tipped over on the bed of my truck spilling acid. The young man quickly spread a compound to neutralize the acid and save damage to our truck and recommended that we immediately take it to a car wash which we did. His service and advice was much appreciated. He also helped my wife who needed a battery for her watch.

I was having some trouble my vehicle not starting intermittently and my troubleshooting got me to considering the battery isolator or the fitness of the battery. Calling Interstate got me some good advice and they offered to test the battery. I brought it in and the testing yielded that it was in good shape and that sharpened my focus to the isolator which I will replace. Battery > $200, Isolator < $10. Seemed like a top class operation and the people were great. I will go there first if my needs align with their service offerings.

The guys were knowledgable and were able to sell me a used battery for my girlfriend's car for much much cheaper than new. Weeks later the battery is working great and is under warranty for a year so the value is huge. Having said that the only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that when my girlfriend called and asked if they had a used battery for her car she was told that they did not. When I went in a couple hours later with the same information for the same car all of the sudden there were 5 used ones. Not sure why that is but in the end we got a great deal. Maybe just go in to the store rather than calling.

Unannounced we stopped by Interstate and the staff was friendly, courteous and in less than an hour sold and installed 2 Batteries in our RV while we waited so we could continue our journey. All I can say is wow,if I could have given a 0 I would, walked into store, 3 behind desk and 1 helping customer, I was looking for a battery trickle charger and wasn't sure of which one I would need, looked back and forth for at least 5 minutes and not one 'may I help you' as they all stood behind the desk, I walked out and still nothing,will never go back to this store, message to owner the 3 clowns that were working today (Dec 27 @ 4:00 pm)are not doing your store any service. On my way home from this store I stopped at Wyatt auto parts and bought charger and actually received a hello as I walked in the store and received the info in helping me make a decision.
