The tow truck driver for this company is not professional! They were attempting to extract a car on the connector in dense fog and had the left lane blocked, they did not have their cones far enough ahead of the car in the ditch and caused a VERY unsafe situation! We had to swerve and hit some of their cones and the rude employee came to our car screaming saying we were the ones who nearly caused an accident! We went to the police station to file a report and the police told us they have absolutely no right trying to extract a car in dense fog!!! They were so reckless, the car in the ditch could have been extracted once the fog had cleared! Do not risk your safety or others, call a different company!

Called for a scrap truck removal, they didn't return my call. Even called their main number, still no answer. Pathetic service as far as I'm concerned. I'll only call Paulhaul or Midvalley Auto from now on. They return your call asap if they miss you.

A friend and I broke down on the connector and had to walk down the summit a ways to get cell service. On the way down, an Envirometal towing truck was making an approach and luckily he saw me when I was trying to wave him down. He stopped even though he was on route to another call. We couldn't get our BCAA together in time to get a tow, but he offered to drive us back to West Kelowna where we could figure everything out from there! First time in 30 years of driving - but man that drive into Kelowna from Hope is really long with no gas stops. Anyway, i was hitchhiking (first time) back into the hills and the company owner, Marlon, picked me up and took me to the car and got me back up and running. He said he never picks up hitchhikers but somehow this was my lucky day I guess. Anyway, I wound up getting back to my family where it was -10F and back on the road - I was about 20 KM out of town, he wanted no money, I insisted he take some and the experience was awesome.

The guy's were great. I made an appointment for 8am after the long weekend and they showed up right on time. Charged me a flat 80 dollar rate for a local kelowna tow and even sent me a flatbed with no extra charge on their own accord as not to damage my car. They really care about their customers vehicles and I've got nothing but great things to say about them. 60 dollar local westbank rate and 80 for kelowna. Cheapest and best service available. Don't bother using anybody else.

At about 11pm envirometal came to my rescue to boost my dead '07 Nitro SLT. We both concluded it was a bigger problem then just a dead battery. He also gave me a few suggestions on what I could next which was comforting as I was a little bit frazzled from the whole situation. I was not spoken down to once, he was calm, understanding, and helpful. He even went above and beyond when a big nasty hissing bug attacked me, he was so sweet to remove it off of me. This guy saved my butt twice in one night, I simply can't express my gratitude enough. I regret not getting his name. Needless to say that was probably the best experience I had being broken down on the side of the road. Thank you so much for everything!! PS. If the gentleman that helped is reading this: my boyfriend made the judgement call to drive the SUV home instead of leaving it overnight and coming back for it. Professional Car broke down during the Christmas storm out on highway 97C the Okanagan Connector. Gentleman showed up within the hour. Brought me to the Kelowna Nissan dealership. Expecteing a huge usual tow truck bill. No it was a flat rate at about half of what I expected to pay. I will always use these gentlemen from now on. Clean professional and not trying to rip off everyone because they are stranded.

Last Wednesday I called these guys cause I was pissed at the upsell in fees for one tow company and completely unethical practice by another in the past that left a serious bad taste in my mouth. From start to finish these guys went over and above! I was quoted a very reasonable fee and significantly lower than other companies. They stayed in contact, were thoughtful and professional. Matthew got my vehicle to the shop I'd asked him to tow it too, to find they had failed to mention there was a locked steel gate around it. Not only did he attempt to problem solve and provide potential solutions but in the end it seemed unsafe to leave my vehicle there. He offered to tow to a shop he recommends and did so for free, while also having to boost my vehicle to get the keys out afterwards. He called me when it was safely there and keys in the hands of shop to give me peace of mind. I just cannot express enough how steps like this reduce an already highly stressful situation! My husband and I were beyond impressed and will speak their name to everyone we know. This is exceptional business practice! Thank you!

If i could give less than one star i would, called to get towed cause my transmission blew and was stranded with my 3 year old daughter with me. I gave address where i was going and they refused because they would possible have to put chains on to make it up to my property, your company and drivers are that lazy they would rather refuse to come tow a Dad and his 3 year old daughter, because you would possible have to do a little work and put some chains on. If a company and its workers are that lazy shows what kind of opperation they running. I would Definitly call a different tow truck company before these guys if you need a tow cause if it requires a little extra works these are not guys
