Worst pawn shop in Kelowna. Customer service is absolutely terrible, unless you’re an attractive female, they were very helpful and polite to this attractive women ahead of me in line talked with her for 10 ten minutes but when it was finally my turn I dealt with the bald older white man with the white goatee, first of all he didn’t even make eye contact with me, showed me no respect, was very short and dismissive with me, then he looks at my Beats by Dre Headphones for maybe 5 seconds and say’s “Well, Theses are fake” . I assure you they are not fake, I originally paid over 300$ for them when they first came out so I highly question his integrity and knowledge on any product after that foolish remark he made. it’s one thing to not be interested in buying my product off of me I understand that, it’s simple you’re not interested, that’s totally fine. But when you claim a legitimate product is counterfeit and this is supposed to be his “expertise” you should really think twice if you’re going to be doing business with these guys, I’m definitely not going back, it was not a professional experience at all, plus the owners like I said were very rude to me for literally no reason. ???????? I’ll sell the items myself and make more money, it’s not a difficult thing to do at all. So don’t go to these so called “businessmen”. Sell the items yourself and make the profit you deserve.

I've recently gotten back into retro gaming and was looking for old official nintendo Pokemon cartrages for the Gameboy/Color/Advance and luckily they had them here. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and casual. After cleaning up the games I bought, they worked like new. Glad I stopped in!

I happened upon this shop by accident (locked myself out of my truck and was looking for a hanger/some tools to open it) and not only were both Adam and Hayden very kind and helpful (Adam walked down the street with me and tried to help me get the truck open) but I was pleasantly surprised by the shop. Very clean and organized, lots of great stuff. Will definitely come back if I'm every shopping around for anything. Thanks guys! Magda

Rude. Short. Miserable costumer service. My roommate called them about a week ago to report a stolen laptop. She was very polite. The man who answered the phone snapped at her and said "There's no way that we would have a stolen laptop because they wouldn't be able to bypass the lock screen and they have a system" He said this without letting her finish or talk before abruptly hanging up. He had a terrible tone. I know that you must get a lot of these calls and I can sympathize with that but try to keep in mind that people aren't pawn shop experts. Its extremely unprofessional and unkind to be downright miserable to someone who just lost a very important item in a moment of panic. Also people do have ways of bypassing the lock screen so obviously he didn't care or know what he was talking about. If you are irritated by the amount of phone calls then please calmly explain what kind of system you have so people can learn. You don't have to take out your frustration on others. Sorry but that is working in costumer service Ive never had this problem from them. They've always been great up until this. I was also there during the phone call so I know my roommate was not being rude at all.

I remember the first time I walked into A-Z it was clean and felt more than welcoming. Unlike many sketchy Pawn shops around A-Z was not one of them. As far as the staff was concerned they were normal and helpful. I never felt like I was being swindled at any time.

Got what i thought was a great deal on a 2 piece ring set and a large stereo system. Tools were a little high price but all in great condition, large selection. Really impressed with most of there pricing though. Highly recommend them to everyone! Staff was real friendly and helpful too. Will be doing alot of shopping there. Lol

After having a negative experience at a neighbouring pawn shop i was immediately impressed with the kind warm welcome, the professionalism and knowledge was immediately noticed and was given a fair deal and in no time whatsoever i both felt as though i got a more than fair value for my trade in and equally in what i got for it. great guitars and equally great service by Hawk and his associate guitar genius. Thanks guys, i will be sure to be back to do business again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

kind of upset after the last time I was there with my friend. one of the employees (a bald tall guy) was giving us service. he was overwhelming with his attitude, made me feel very uncomfortable and was very pushy. I NEVER had this experience there, the employees are always very nice and helpful. we didn't end up buying what he was trying to sell, but after we decided to buy some tools he tried to overcharge us, and after I mentioned the real price to him he said and I quote ' oh you got me I was trying to rip you off" and laughed. my friend was about to pay before me saying it, so it didn't seem like the bald guy would have said anything about the price unless I mentioned it. just a bummer. you have such an awesome pawn shop and I really don't want to go back there anymore because of this experience.
