Absolutely the most disrespectful and unprofessional man I've ever dealt with. Went with a friend to pick up her car that was towed. He did not allow us to look at the car before paying for the tow and when asked if there was any damage done in the process of towing he said "I wouldn't imagine so" - not very reassuring. He said that was what insurance was for and said we couldn't see the car because he claimed that the car was his whilst it was in the lot. He continued to be rude and condescending and said "you don't want to get me started". Because we were given no choice, we had to pay in order to see the car. There was no damage but I don't understand why he couldn't be more professional. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this man but based on past reviews, looks like he's always like this.

If I could give this guy a "ZERO STAR RATING", I would, but you have to hit at least one to post this. Rude and unprofessional. Can't believe he is still in business.Towed mine and other vehicles from an area not far from Prospera Place for which his business has absolutely NO JURISDICTION OR CONTRACT, and basically STOLE OUR CARS for the night as they were locked up in his seedy compound until the next day. Claims he had authority to do so, but did not as many of us called Police, City of Kelowna, and the nearby Post Office to confirm otherwise. So he released our vehicles to us without a towing charge (no kidding) and offered no compensation for our inconvenience. Didn't even have an ounce of professionalism to apologize, but left his "only driver" to face the music and release our cars. Scum bag!

Rude and useless. That is all you need to know. They towed my car from my works parking lot. Billled me $250+ When I asked for it back, I was provided condescending, rude, no personable service. Jerks. ????

Customer service was exceptional and very professional both dispatch and driver. I would 100% recommend them for any large special vehicle moves which also tells me they'd be great at everything else. The driver had no issues and was able to move the RV with ease, skill and precision. Thank you very much and will be using you again.

I was told it would be about half an hour but it ended up being and hour and a half. when they finally got here they were rude and unprofessional so i just told him to leave and i called a different company.

We managed to get our travel trailer way too tight to a carport post and rather than damage anything or break our backs trying some crazy maneuvers, we called Mike. He came and moved it without any damage the same day! Such a relief!!

***AAcme Towing Kelowna*** This company is a joke! Terrible to deal with.. Went to reclaim my vehicle after extortion took place. Had to pay with VISA and noticed exposed electrical wires near my head... This safety hazard that the public must enter is in the back of a shady cube van!!! I notified WorkSafeBC and called the City of Kelowna BYLAW to report circumstances. Crunched some numbers and @ $250 a tow, that took him less than 30 minutes. Which works out to $500 per hour and $4,000 per day. That is $120,000 per month and $1,440,000 per year PER TRUCK!!! Just figure if he was trying to run an even semi legit business, he could pay an electrician. ***or a charitable donation to the community for all the inconveniences*** Also noticed some funny parking enforcement signs around The Verve (which hires this joke of a business) thought I would pass the photos along to warn the public before they too, have to enter this establishment to rectify the previous theft that occurred. On my visit to see "Mike" he explained that someone has been paying $5,000 to turn "Visitor Parking" stalls into private ones! Who is collecting this money? (maybe him??) and I family had purchased their unit with say 40 visitor parking stalls, how can they allow some to be sold and not equally shared with owners? GREASY..... I love social media :) PLEASE SHARE & SHAME thank you & best of luck if you come across this situation as well... Help stop this extorting of family & friends visitors PLEASE... (PICTURES TO FOLLOW)

Dec.19 and snowing like crazy in Kelowna. What to I do? Start truck and get out to brush snow off truck. Somehow I locked the doors!! So purse, phone are in the running truck. Needless to say I called a couple large companies and was told "on a day like today, it will be 1.5 hours or longer. So I call Aacme towing and the jolly guy on the other end of the phone says we will be there in 20 minutes!!! And he said there will be a little surprise too!! Well I am so thankfull to this company for getting here so quickly and I loved the surprise! (I'm not giving it away). Merry Christmas Rutland Aacme towing!!

Came out after a Rockets game with my son to see my vehicle had been towed from the spot I had parked in for the past 2 years. Called the company in a panic as everything I needed for a soccer tournament the next morning at 8:00 AM was in there. Mike the owner contacted the tow truck driver (who was less than pleasant) however, the pass I had been using was no longer valid and I wasn't issued a new one. When I called back to find out how to get my van back - I was told the lot doesn't open until 1PM, but they could come at 10AM. I expressed how I absolutely needed my van and the equipment in there. Mike not only called the tow truck driver to have him come pick me up from downtown (I was already home), but he had the driver come get my van out of lock up at 10:30PM. While yes I was pissed my vehicle got towed (not Aacme fault - it was by request of the lot owners, Witmar Holdings to tow all vehicles away) I am very appreciative and grateful that they were able to go above and beyond for me on a busy Saturday night. Thanks Mike - but I really hope we don't have to go through this again!!

My experience with Aacme towing was very different than some of the reviews I've read here. They answered the phone right away, came to where I was directly and towed my vehicle promptly. The service was friendly and courteous, the price was fair. I would definitely use them again and would feel comfortable recommending them anyone I know.

Tried towing my girlfriends car from visitor parking on a friday night July 22, 2016 in the Mission, Kelowna. Had the visitor parking pass but still hooked up the car and would not release it unless i paid him $210. Absolute crooks and businesses like this should not be allowed to run a company.

Rude and unprofessional. Parking pass could be clearly seen on dash and towed the car anyway. Unreasonable cost to get car out of sketchy lot. Avoid parking in a spot with an aacme towing sign.

In a word: Awful. I will never call this company for a tow and I will never recommend it to any one. In fact I recommend anyone but Aacme. My car was towed from a spot that, yes I shouldn't have been parked in, the sign was crooked. However, I called them less than three hours from when I parked, and there is no way they towed me immediately, and was told even though he was at the office (which is at the yard) I couldn't come and get my car. I had to wait until 9am the next day, which means I had to skip my class, had it been someone else they would've had to miss or be late for work. Then there are no directions other than an address that I could find online. What waste of time to drive around to find some scummy yard in a side alley of what looks to be a dump. My car was stored for less than 12 hours, and was towed from a few block away, literally down the street. It cost 240 dollars. I have had my car towed due to break downs multiple times it has never cost me more than 150$.. I've towed it a few blocks, I've had to tow from Kekuli bay into the far side of Vernon and from downtown Kelowna to black mountain and never has it ever cost me close $240. This is a such a scam/rip-off of a business.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstance. Their visa machine did not work and when speaking with the owner Mike he lost his mind and was swearing and yelling at me. He threatened he would come and kick my A$& if I don’t go across the street and pay with cash. Horrible service. I don’t take the time to write reviews but this was important enough that I took the time to do it.

Terrible, don't go near these guys. Predatory towing and greasy tactics to the maximum. Aacme "operated" towing/enforcement for a Hotel in Downtown Kelowna, who agreed to let us park in their lot, and gave that info to the tow driver in writing. Were only gone for 2 hours, and they towed it anyway. I called Aacme about it from the front desk, guy was alarmingly unprofessional, screaming and yelling profanities, at us, AND at the front desk staff - who are HIS customer!! After a long process with proving this all and a chargeback we got our money back. Hotel recently switched their tow operator to Mario's. I told Aacme I would fight them on this and I did. You reap what you sow...

Extremely unprofessional. My car was towed from a visitor stall after being misinformed by a security guard from the building that we could park there without a pass for a night. My car didn't even last there for 3 hours before getting towed by Aacme. The following day, I went with a friend to pick it up, only to arrive a sketchy junkyard. Before paying, I asked the man if my car was damaged, to which he replied "I wouldn't imagine so." NOT very reassuring. When I questioned his response, he replied with comments like "do not get me started ladies" "right now - this is MY car" and "that's what insurance is for." Absolutely unacceptable responses. I understand that customers are unhappy with the experience of being towed, so they lash out on these people, but I simply asked if my car was damaged and the rude tone I received in return was completely uncalled for. By the way - I spoke to others in the area who were also towed by another company, and they were charged $70. This man charged me $250 for towing my car to a junkyard that was 15 minutes away. AND he parked my car about 4 inches away from another vehicle in his lot - stating that his lot was "too full" at the time and it was because of his "rookie driver." If you're parking in an area with an Aacme Towing sign, avoid that parking spot at all costs.

Worst , slimiest company ever had to deal with. Mike the guy who runs it has zero integrity . Towed my vehicle four times from my own parking stall underground within 1 year , FOR NO REASON . Lost all his contracts through the verve because he was doing illegal things and is now trying to sue the verve . I honestly hope the worst for him and his company . Everyone else would be better off without this guy and his business . Wish I could give him a -5 star !!

I own a small cleaning company, and have used Aacme towing on a few occasions. Every time I have, my road side emergencies were very stressful. Each time I used Aacme, I had a great experience, and was helped professionally, which was nice for a change when you have to deal with a tow truck company.

Had a great experience using AAcme. Right on time. The driver Todd was polite and professional. Super rad guy actually. Was even sympathetic of my worry about the car, even though it’s a rusty project car with holes in the floor. Recommend every time.
