Such an awesome experience here today. I came looking for an ignition sensor and one of the workers got out of his tractor and came and helped me find the vehicle I was looking for without even asking him for help. All the staff is so kind, friendly and helpful with such an affordable price for their parts. I will definitely be back again.

I went there today to look for a console/armrest for my older car. I didn't have a hard time finding the same car as mine. They organized their yard so that the same makes are all together, which I found helpful. I also didn't have a wrench with me and the guy working there, got one and also helped me with a few things. He was very polite also. I will definitely be going back if I need something else. The price was good. I will be recommending this place to my family and friends! Thanks again to the gentleman that took the time to help me!

I called ahead to see how much they paid out for my car and I was told between $200 and $350 depending on how much it weighed. I asked them to verify how much they pay out per ton and they quoted $220 per ton. When I arrived I was told my car weighed 2300 pounds and that since it was less than a ton they would give me $200. I said, "2300 pounds is more than a ton as a ton is 2000 pounds.'" The attendant became defensive and argumentative and claimed the car wasn't worth more than $200. I told him that he had quoted $220 per ton and that my car was 1.15 tons (2300 pounds). I have always been very good at math and when I multiplied the 1.15 tons by the $220/ton rate that works out to $253. The attendant absolutely refused to give more than $220 and I felt cheated. He had very poor customer service skills and gave me the impression that he didn't care and I was welcome to take the car elsewhere.... very poor business practice in my opinion. I do not recommend this place and I will not likely return there to do business. Beware.

Prices are high (double other yards) and non-negotiable. Was looking for a (manual) side mirror assembly for my Chevy Express and they wanted $50 each. Fond the same mirror at Parts For Less for $15 (no glass, $25 with glass) each. Go to Parts for Less, only a 10 min drive east of this place.

I had to replace the 2’’ webbing on the seats of my canoe so I decided to try using old seat belts, I called Oshawa auto parts Sara told me to come down and take a look, I took about 25 feet of seat belt out of a Honda Odyssey they had sitting in the back of the yard . She was pretty cool and hooked me up big time. Would recommend.

Called moments ago to ask about a part. The lady on the phone did not seem to know anything about anything. She said she didn’t know if they have the part I need and that I should drive there and see. I then asked if they at least have the car im looking for and once again she said “I don’t know, come look if you want or don’t if you don’t want” what terrible service, all it takes is to look at your inventory but she couldn’t be bothered.

Great company to deal with and trustworthy. I spoke with 3 other scrap yards, these guys would match and beat each of the estimates. Dealing with Top cash for scrap cars was very easy and no hassle, I contacted them on a Monday morning and they were able to pick it up by noon with cash in hands. Easy to communicate with as they can text message you too and are very knowledgeable and professional.

The junk yard is extremely dangerous with no clear paths, vehicles stacked precariously, and puddles of various fluids and substances all over the place. The staff are uncaring and rude, often ignoring you if you have questions or concerns. Prices are about average, but I would recommend going elsewhere to find what you need.

I called this place to pick up a stereo for my car the guy I talked to his name is Erin and I talk to him I explain the car make and model that I had and what I needed and then I told him about the stereo and he said that's not a problem it will cost you $20 if you take it out yourself $50 if we do it when I got there the lady and the guy don't know their name but they both work out front desk came up to me said no it's $50 and I said that I talk to Aaron and he said it was $50 if you pull it out in 20 if I pull it up they kept arguing with me arguing arguing that lady was very rude and does not how to deal with customers then the guy told me I could have it for $40 I said okay I have to go to the bank then when I got there the league said no you need to give me $50 very bad experience I would highly recommend going to Dom's U-Pull-It just 10 minutes up the street worst service of all if I could give this place a zero I would

Scam artists. The lady at counter doesn't have a clue. They want more than new price for throw aways that you have to find and remove yourself. Then when you negotiate/contest their ridiculous pricing they threaten you that you damaged their vehicles and they are calling police. After reading other reviews I find it funny all the negatives say exactly the same thing and I thought the good cop bad cop routine in front office was just me. Go to ANY scrap yard but this one. P.S. don't be fooled by the obviously engineered reviews. Funny how all the positive reviews are polar opposite and are posted by people who have only posted 1 review ever.. here. Strange.

Worst experience with a auto wreckers. I called in advance and asked for a part, they told me they had it and it was ready to go. I told the lady on the phone (she’s VERY RUDE and IGNORANT and can hardly speak English, not trying to be rude, but it’s pretty hard to explain what you need when the person you’re talking to doesn’t understand you ) that I would leave work and come get it. She told me it would be ready at the front counter. When I got there the part was not at the front counter. She then asked one of the workers to go get it for me. I stood there for 23 mins, then she turned around and said to go get it myself and walked away into the back. I went in the yard not knowing where I was going. Finally found the vehicle I was looking for and the part I needed was gone. Went back and said I couldn’t find it and was told to come back tomorrow and then she walked in the back again. Big waste of time and will never go back. The experience was so bad that I signed up a google account just so I could write my FIRST review ever.
