Easy in an out, the people in the yard are super helpful and so are the office staff. Pull up onto the scale, they weigh you in. Then you drive to the back and drop off your metal, if it's assorted or tin then you go to the back where the big scrap pile is, if you have copper, brass, aluminum of the likes, go into the office and they will have someone come and weigh it for you. Even with scrap prices as low as they are, they still pay well. Are you looking for a part for your car, call them. they have a huge selection of cars. Thanks New Castle Recycling!! Copper prices are 04.60lbs this place pays you half doesnt say anything until they pay you. Then you cant get your money back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Terrible scrap yard I had clean metal and they tried to pay me for shred. All muddy and nails everywhere you can get in your tire. Poor customer service, your better off going further unless all you have is shred. Yard staff will yell at you if you if you ask them why they gave shred when you had clean metal. Learn a thing or two about customer service about honesty and customer service.
