I just got charged double after a worker watched me unload my whole trailer into the wrong bin before telling me. I don't even know if they can do that or if they just do what they feel like. I felt ripped off-definitely questionable business practices.

Refused to take take my garbage had to ride back home all the with stinky rotting sun fish carcasses, now I cant get the smell out of my mini van

The hours posted on the website are 8:00-5:00. I called to be sure they were open until 5:00. We got there at 4:47 to discover it closes to drop-offs 15 minutes before 5:00. Terrible. Please change the hours on your website and let the city staff know not to tell people you are open until 5:00pm.

Great staff, some don't know what they are doing though as there is conflicting information. You must have clear bags for dumping. No black. Only way from what I understand they will take is u have just moved like my parents and if the bags have had no garbage in them they will take them.
