If your being charged $120 per tonne of garbage then your getting ripped off. This company takes its customers bins to a site that charges less than $100 per tonne. Do your homework people.... Did you pay to get my review from your company removed buddy?

I have had the good fortune to deal with this business on two occasions. Both times service and price were exemplary. The business dealings are handle by Company Ken Redmond himself, so any questions or discussions are handled directly from the top---a valuable experience as you are dealing with the man who makes the decisions rather than having to wait while an intermediary finds answers. Price are fair, and discussions are frank. I would recommend this family run business for any disposal or demolition work required.

I have used Redmond's several times. I called last week during covid 19 and to my surprise Ken answered his phone, he had a bin delivered next day. His drivers are very friendly and take great care when dropping and picking up bins.

Terrible costumer service. Weren't informed of the late fee of $10 per day after 7 days rental. No contract was sent stating this. So buyer beware. If we had of known of the late fee we would have scheduled a pick up day. Find another company that lets you know all the fees up front and save yourself some money.
