Key would not turn in the ignition switch (had been jiggling it to work before). The dealer wanted $500 just for the switch plus labour. I phoned around and Hilltop had by far the best price for a working ignition switch and three keys. Even with the price of an automotive locksmith (cheaper than dealer) to program in the new key chip information, it was all about a third cheaper than what the dealer wanted just for the part. I found the front desk person helpful and they had the part waiting for me when they said it would be ready.

Brutal service. Gave me the wrong glove box, then when I tried to return told me it fit. Took to my mechanic, it was the wrong one. Hilltop insisted I provide them with a receipt. I didn't keep it, because the customer service rep insisted he was an expert. Now I'm out 85 dollars. Beware. Keep receipts for this shifty place.

Went today for a $170 part when new, received it for $50. Called around and prices were the same at similar businesses. Half the price online, but it came with a 60 warranty and I needed it sooner than later. Fair price, quick service. Guy at front desk is a straight shooter, which could be off-putting if that's not your style. Overall I'm content. Will return again.

Hilltop has been my go to for a couple years now after unsatisfactory service from another local wreckers. These guys offer amazing customer service, fast delivery and far better prices then much of there competition.

This auto recycling center has a vast array of top quality parts available to the automotive industry and the public. These parts can be purchased on site or on line and are cleaned for the customer and tested to make sure the customer is purchasing only top quality and functioning replacement used parts. They are consistently rotating their stock to make sure that they are carrying the most modern parts available with usually no parts older than 10 years with the odd exception going to 15 years. These parts are removed from the vehicles by our consciencent staff and are waiting for the customer to either pick-up or be delivered or shipped anywhere that they are needed. So come on down or visit on line and the staff will do all that is possible to make sure that your experience with Hilltop Auto Recycling and Wreckers will be a satisfying and pleasant experience.

I always recommend this place to my family and friends and all the mechanic I know goes here , I fix cars too I get all my parts here but this morning I had a horrible experience with this guy Clint. I have 2009 Q7 6 months ago my blower motor broke and got a replacement to hiltop and then the other day it broke again so I'm like ok it was use part u never know if they gonna last. So I ordered another 1 and when I try to install it I can't put it in properly so I grab my old one to compare them then I notice that the motor isn't align to the case so I went back to return it coz that's tells me that the motor is been broken and wherever they got it from just fix it so I'm like ok I'll just return it and get somewhere else or buy a new one , but then this guy Clinton says that I might be the one who broke it and then now u gonna return it and u just waste my time .. I can't explain my feelings after he said that to me , then I'm like ok fix that for me align it and I'll put it on, he cant even put it back properly , I said I'm not gonna put that on and the next day come back here and I can't even put it on ! So I'm like ill just return it sorry it's not your fault wherever u guys get that let them know that make sure next time they fix it properly.. and I said Sir don't tell me that I wasted your time coz YOU wasted my time! Then he was like well there's a restock fee " i was like sure !! in my mind I wanna just walk away and just give them my money so there is no problem ! I will make sure my family and friends don't get the same experience !
