They said it would take 2 days to swap out our motor overestimating their abilities and it took two weeks when my parents are in a hurry to go on vacation. My dad kept calling every day and there was a new problem every day from breaking our radiator, right down to breaking the dipstick lol... I would recommend every other garage on planet earth other than this one. The people there need to get more organized if they want returning customers and positive reviews.

Quoted price on phone charged us more once we got there and had everything loaded would not recomend this place was elite called was told 200 for 2 tires got Then got charged 240 for tires . Also got window for rear window of dodge truck at same time for 40 bucks

Called at 2pm looking for a headlight for my Mazda3. While it wasn’t in the best condition, I got a good deal for it and the service was good and was able to get the part I needed quickly. Brought it home for 3:30 and put it in and worked great. Definitely calling them again for parts.

Amazing little shop, really nice people working here who helped me find a tiny clip for my trunk (5 of them!) and didn’t even charge me. Saved me having to order a new part and spend $800 at a dealership. If you need used parts I highly recommend Elite.

Terrible place. Lazy, arrogant owner. Sketchy business ethics. These guys will try to get in your pocket before they even know if they have a part for you. Looking for a receipt or anything? Good luck. These guys are for sure taking a lot under the table. Guy asked me from the road as I was leaving for money for a deposit for him to go take a part off a car. Lazy crooks here. Save yourself time and move to the next yard or buy new.

Bought a 4.6lt for a Mustang GT we were working on. The guy over the phone told us the vehicle was in an accident and the valve covers were broken. Told us the engine had low km and we were okay with that. Needed only the bottom end really for rebuild. Received the engine and it was exactly as described. Great service. Took a little bit to get the engine though but it is understandable considering we are not their ONLY client. Thank you for the great product and friendly service.

I came here to find an impossible piece to replace. Manager was polite and worked efficient to get the part I needed. I didn't even wait 20 minutes and I was on my way. The price was unbeatable. I called the dealership and they needed to order it from the US. And with out long weekend these guys were a live saver. Definitely will be back ! Thanks guys

The rocker panel of my 2020 Toyota Corolla was broken. I went to different garages and body shops to find if someone has aftermarket part as it is just a piece of plastic and is not worth investing a grand for that. Everywhere I go they said 2020 is new model and I have to get it from dealership only. Than I found a panel on carparts.com posted by these guys. I asked this guys to send me picture as I live in Mississauga and dont want to travel 100 kms for wrong part. They sent me photos, and that was exactly I was looking for but just a different colour which can be painted by me for few bucks. And the price was very reasonable. I went there and a guy from there came and checked my car and confirmed that the part was fit for my car, which I like it as I am not mechanic and need someone to check if its proper or not. I read reviews saying the guy there is rude, but what I feel is that when I communicated the way he sometimes express himself seems to be rude to some people, but he didn’t mean to be rude. He was very nice and helping. And last but not least, there was no network coverage so I didn’t know the way to get home and asked them. So the whole team started explaining the map and then a lady sitting in other room draw me a map on paper and gave it to me. The receptionist was also welcoming. Overall an above and beyond experience. Keep it up guys, surely coming back. Worth driving 2 hours.

Spoke to a lady on the phone she was very helpful, with all the pricing, then she transferred me to a guy who was for some reason had a very bad attitude the 2 times I spoke to him. What made me angry is, the parts that I ordered an interior door card was covered in mud. I was not at the shop at the time of pick up and the delivery driver was very aggressive yelling at my coworker to pay for the part even through we could visibly see that the door card had scratches/rips on it. I had audio and video recording of him yelling and even swearing at my coworker, saying we wasted his time, I mean this isn’t how you do business. Over the phone we discussed that the door card was mint condition. This is why I try to avoid the no name auto wreckers on car-part. Just posting this here to maybe save anyone else the headache. Also you’ve lost another customer, you should look into how you do business.
