After calling all other scrap companies in the area and not being able to locate my part, I called CarzAuto and they had my part in stock! Not only that, they allowed payment online and I got the part by courier next day. This is much more than I expected. Highly recommended. Give them a call.

Will try to avoid giving you a scrap quote so you'll have the car at their yard and end up just taking their lowball. I told the rep every other wrecker will give a quote. Then he gave me a lowball about half of what other local wreckers are quoting, didn't even ask if it was on aluminum wheels or not.

The dude that answers the phone saying the company name and can I help you, politely I ask how you doing? he say busy what do you want? I asked for a part no body on the planet seems to have, so he quickly says nope don't have one, and hung up the phone, didn't even say , you know you might be able to use this part for what you are doing. What an arse PLUG, the only reason a start is lit , is because I had to in order to post this to the world wide web.

Do not try and scrap steel here. They leave you on the scale for a 1/2 hr and then say they didn't get the weight. Not even offered a dime

For parts that they did not have, they gladly took time from their busy schedule to help direct me to where the nearest available part is and when I can get it at my own convenience

The person answering the call was trying very hard to convince me that my Outback is made by Legacy and not Subaru. Very frustrating. I had the part stock number and just wanted to make sure it was in fact in stock, but dealing with him was just not worth the hassle.

I did not have a good experience with the "sales staff" on the phone or in person. When I got the oil pan I had purchased on my vehicle, it had a hairline crack and leaked just like the one I was replacing. over 2 hours collective driving and 60$ for a bad part. I understand second hand parts can be difficult to confirm condition (moving parts with seals, bearings etc), that being said an oil pan is a metal bowl. In addition, the fellow behind the counter did not look up once when we spoke in person, and even answered the phone twice while I was mid sentence. I will not be returning.

Called this place after finding part on Car-Part.com, said $30 on car-part, but then 35 on the phone, and yes, after twice saying it he had said 35. Got to the place and suddenly it's 75? When asked, he said we have to remove it! You are literally in the wrecking business, of course you have to remove it, that's why you advertise the removed price. Of course, I've never been charged that fee before on the cost of a part I've looked up on Car-part. Never again, complete scammers. If you're going to charge for removal, put it into the price you advertise

I called and spoke to the gentleman on the phone. was not sure what the part was called. he asked me a few questions and we were able to locate the part i was referring to. He was a great help. I was able to pay for it online and pick up within 2 days if not sooner. Same gentleman phoned me when was ready. I picked up the part and spoke with same person at the counter as always. Service was great. Not sure why people have to complain if they dont get what they want or if a person could be having a bad day..will be back for sure. thanks Randy

The guy who calls him the manager is going to bring the owners business down. extremely rude, impatient and cocky. I wish the owner could see these bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. the part is not as described.
