I could never praise John enough for the job we put his company threw. We both opened a huge can of worms once we started. He stuck to his original quote when we both new there should have been a much larger add to the cost for the massive undertaking that happened. Then to top off his amazing work ethic he came to do an add on job even when he had a family urgency because he knew that our turf was being delivered very early the next morning and wanted to make sure our top soil was spread and ready for the rolling of turf in the morning. Job squad is #1 in Kamloops not lightning. Those guys don't stick to their own appointments they call to reschedule their own appointments and still don't make it to the new appointment. DON'T TRUST ANY COMPANY BUT JOB SQUAD. IF YOU WANT THE BEST JOB DONE RIGHT!!!!! Thank you John and Eric we will be highering you again and we tell everyone about Job Squad.

From speaking to the team on the phone, to having them on our property, the guys were amazing! They were conscious of our neighbour's yards(we are close quarters here for large vehicles), and they were super friendly and well mannered. The two younger guys that came with the truck were quite happy to wave at our 4 year old through the window. They cleaned up, and even fit us in for a second load. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had three large concrete fence post bases left over from a new fence installation. These post bases were very heavy and difficult to move. The two men showed on time, wearing COVID-19 masks, assessed the situation and went about removing all three pieces. No easy task. I was very happy to see them finally gone. In researching removal companies I noticed that these guys took their social responsibility seriously enough to temporarily close in order to flatten the curve of Covid-19. That alone made them a small business I wanted to support now that they are back at work, but in addition to that, the Job Squad is a pleasure to deal with. Clear, responsive communication, friendly, accommodating, flexible. Eric showed up precisely at the time agreed upon and made short work of my yard and garden debris. He checked in to make sure he was covering everything I wanted, was a cheery, hard-working and positive guy, checked again before he left to make sure I was 100% happy. Fantastic job. There were many calls, quotes, after hours calls and arrangements made. We had to leave all the garbage etc at the storage yard for this company to pick up. We had hired a large and well known moving company to move our furniture into storage for 6 months and then, when our new home build was completed, to deliver our furniture. In order to ensure the integrity of our art and glass tables including our dining room table which had to be taken apart and then reassembled at our new home, the moving company built 9wooden crates and had 2 crates for the table and coffee table made by another independent contractor. Before our furniture's arrival we were advised that an independent company The Job Squad from Kamloops) would put our dining room table back together. We were fine with this. When our furniture arrived the moving company left all 11 crates intact in the garage and advised that it was not their job to uncrate the art or the tables. This was a surprise as they had built the crates and charged us for their time and materials. When we expressed dismay (we are in our 70's and are not handy people nor own the necessary tools) the moving company just shrugged and left. So......what a pleasure when the Job Squad arrived 3 days later. John, and his son-in-law Eric, advised they were there to uncrate and put together our dining table. When they saw the extent of what actually had to be done they got to work, uncrated everything including a very large and heavy sculpture and brought everything unpacked into the house. They then packed up all of the wood we could not use as well as many of the very large cardboard moving boxes and hauled it all away for a very reasonable price. I own a house that I rent out in Kamloops and the tenants abandoned the home without my knowledge. They left the front door completely open, for about a dozen feral cats the family was hoarding, to give them access to the house. My tenants left an unimaginable amount of trash and belongings behind along with pounds of cat excrement that had contaminated everything. This place was in a very bad way. John and Eric are very professional and care for their customers. They both came right way to have look and agreed to take on the grizzly job. Ive had many companies turn down my calls in regards to the clean up needed at the home. Job Squad removed every last thing and did some landscaping that was needed all at a fair price. Not even a gum wrapper was left behind. I'm thankful for their help and I'm very relieved they handled this for me. They made a horrible situation a whole lot easier.
