They were able to find used rims of the kind i was looking for, unlike everyone else up to 2 hours away, and they offered them at a very reasonable price, and had a return policy that worked for me. They made sure that my tire change was set up somewhere that would accept used rims (i had no idea some places wouldn't!!) And were always up front about things' conditions and the chance of failure. Very honest and helpful.

Generally a pretty good place to go for used vehicle parts. You can call ahead to see if they have what you need and they will pull it and have it waiting for you. They also sell car batteries with a warranty. They only thing I don't like is if they give you the wrong part or you mistakenly buy the wrong part you wont get your money back just a store credit.

Nice friendly people there, flexible on pricing and super reasonable. Ill never go back to Kamloops recycled truck parts, they wanted $140 for a used glove box so I went here and got the glove box and two arm fulls of interior trim for $70.

Quoted me over $80 (per rim) on used 16" steel rims when you can find the same brand new for about $60. They always quote you more than the product is worth but I couldn't be bothered to haggle for fair prices when I can buy the same product brand new for cheaper. Its a shame that we do not have a fair wrecker in Kamloops, as these shops are part of the recycling process.

semi friendly staff id be ok with this if prices were fair., BUT prices are to high, worth the drive to kelowna 'Pic N pull" dont bother with wreckers in kamloops area. they pay next to nothing for damaged cars and crush most vehicles after certain time, yet think the parts are worth gold...

While this is not a review as a direct result of a business interaction with this business I believe it is relevant. The owners son Andrew worked on my car and while I got my car back running he stole my laptop out of it. Andrew also works at the business and I would cation anyone entering into any business interactions to avoid working with him directly based on his lack of integrity at the least and if that is unavoidable then avoid the business completely. I do have a police file opened up but at this point I think it's unlikely I see my computer or any of the files aka photos I have on it again.

Been coming to Rivershore for a few years now. Always great pricing compared to other part stores around town. Good staff. The owner Dave Payne has been always great and his two sons Brandon and Andrew have been great people to deal with. Humourous and helpful. Good place to get Winter tires cheap and installed.

Avoid this business by any means, especially dealing with ANDREW THOMAS PAYNE. He is nothing else but a scammer. I was interested in some used subaru parts and initially he seemed very helpful. he also offered to ship the parts out to me so I don’t have to make the drive from AB. All was good until I transferred the money, after that he would not replay to email, messages, nor phone calls. every time I would get hold of him he would have a lame excuse that he was really busy or that the parts where just shipped... all just lies. Stay away from them! ** Update February 6th 2019 After multiple phone calls and talking with the owner, Dave, I have finally received the parts however one part was damaged despite being sold as undamaged and receiving assurance that there is no damage on any of the parts. The picture they send me prior to complete the transaction, were taken in such a way to hide the damage. I will update this review as events unfold

This place is an absolute ripoff! They charge way too much for both parts and service - and their service is rotten. Even worse is their attitudes towards customers as well as the fact that they have zero warranty or customer satisfaction!! If you complain they just tell you to take a hike! They are rude and don't give two hoots about their customers!!!!
