J'avais donné mon accord il y a plus de 2 mois. Depuis 3 semaines je me renseigne en début de semaine, quand le vendeur décide alors de vous rappeler, il me mentionne qu'il n'est pas encore rendus dans mon coin, mais en faites on ne sait jamais quand il doit arriver. La semaine dernière, c’était m'a t'il dit par téléphone, prévue pour cette semaine, mais la encore semble t'il sa run de lait comme il dit n'est pas encore sur Chicoutimi., mais seulement a Arvida. Devant l’incompétence a faire des planning et a les tenir j'ai donc annuler ma commande, et je pense ne plus les consulter dans l'avenir. Ceci est bien dommageable pour cette entreprise, mais le respect du client passe aussi par le respect et la parole de ceux a qui vous voulez faire confiance. Dans mon cas j'ai perdu confiance en cette entreprise même si dans les notes il est indiqué que cette entreprise fait un beau travail.
