Where else in the world do you have to pay to shop at a business? It is a huge disappoint for me that I had to pay 3 dollars per individual that was with me. No guarantees that the part I needed would be there and no refunds if its not. Then I was charged 20 dollars for a used 30 dollar sensor that I had to remove my self.. 29 in total with the entrance fee. The business model does not make sense. I would only shop here if I had too. Positives is that the yard was tidy and setup well.

I'm sure this kenny-u pull a great move forward in west nipissing, but wish someone would answer the phone. We can't make a decision without at least speaking to somebody to set a appointment time and part availability. I was on the wed and it says northbay/ birchs rd has the part i need but I can not make an appointment. So I gave it 3 stars Update: so they did call me back, and went from a front ram door with a lil dent for $550 at p&g, to paying $95 for a perfect door at Kenny-u- pull Hell yes, ill be back and recommend my friends and family ????????????????????

Would like to see more insurance write off auction buys. That way there could be newer inventory. But love the idea of a pick and pull in North Bay

You guys were awesome! Great to have a u-pull in north bay finally! Customer service was execllent ! Even the guy driving the forklift was kind and helpful. The yard was nice and organized and easy to navigate. Good work guys!

Good pretty clean big yard lots of cars. Wear good footwear as sometimes screws or bolts can pierce your shoes. Only downside is that some other yards will get the spare tires off for you and this one will not as they support on 3 rims and the back is always on the spare tire. Admission adds up though with multiple trips. Lots of parking however watch as there have been some tripping hazards/tire pokers in the parking lot.

0022781 this is the worst costumer service ever tow truck operator extremely lazy my truck could have been winch foreword and hooked up to tow truck but was to lazy so I called p&g auto will pick it up tomorrow wanted to support a new local business in town but it seems your not interested in new business because you hier lazy operator and customer service is very bad as it out of a call center that don’t care on your business so you lost out your competitor got the truck thought you should know how your losing business as for recommending you it will never happen and would advise people to stay away from Kenny u-pull unless you like frustration
