Absolutely horrible to deal with!! Please for your sake take your business anywhere else! The owner is rude and extremely unhelpful! Here's out horror story dealing with them: He came and towed a vehicle that the owner of the vehicle had canceled the tow for, so he picked up the vehicle with no ownerships and no authorization!! Then when we requested to get the vehicle back he refused to return it back to us, I quote his exact words "the only way you're getting it back is if I crush it first"! Had to get police involved and everything, by the time it was all said and done he wanted $400 for moving the vehicle no more than 10kms, wouldn't release it to us until we paid him cash, wouldn't even show the vehicle to see of there was any damage, and wouldn't allow us on the property to load the vehicle, and used a loader to push it in his driveway! Take your business elsewhere or you'll regret it!

Save yourself money and order from p and g auto in North Bay, they offer delivery to Timmins for a small fee but you will end up saving hundreds.

Owner doesn't even try to make sure he gets you the right part for your vehicle. Then he gives you grief when you need to return it. I had to return a 3rd time to get a refund as he does not equip his staff to give refunds. BUYER BEWARE.

Sour attitude from staff.. Parts are WAY over priced. $85 for a part that's worth $100 brand new is ridiculous. I told him that I could get the part brand new for $100 and he said "so get it brand new, see ya". Not willing to negotiate at all. Will never return here and do not recommend that anyone else goes here.

When I go to see Barrie he has only been good to me yes he might not have the parts right away but he will try sometimes his prices can be high but he does have to take them off the vehicules
