I love Boston's, they're very friendly , Professional and they know what their talking about. Also very resourceful if you need a part and they don't have on hand they'll most certainly point u in the right direction to get it. The Family owned and operated business and Great staff will make u feel welcome and not treat u as a dummy like other places I feel try and do last but not least the guy n the back stripping all the cars knows what he's doing & doesn't butcher the parts he takes em out correct so every plug wire etc is clean, #1 in the business I can assure you that his name is Billy or The Wildman ha ha he likes that. Anyway I've been a customer for like 8 years now and they're super fair pricing and all around just a great place to deal with. I can't say enough good things about them. Cheers and check em out!!! One of of the most unorganized recycling outfits I've had to deal with. They have the part, then they don't have the part. They have the part, it'll be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. When I get there, they don't have it. Then of course, nothing but attitude. Waste of f*c*ing time. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

They are a bit more expensive than your average used auto parts store. But it's definitely a great place to buy parts if in stock. They're typically 30 to 40 percent more expensive. Mike is nice on the phone, the girl there has a bit of an attitude. overall i recommend them, although there's mixed feelings.

The have an AMAZING selection of hard to find European parts. My wife's Volvo, no problem, my older Jaguar weekend driver, in stock. Fast, friendly, courteous, this is a hidden gem in Toronto!

Bought a Rim. Was guaranteed the wheel would balance. The wheel was warped and would not balance. They would not offer a refund. Only replacement or credit and I am not sure why I would want credit at a place that already wasted my time. Don't make promises you have no intentions of keeping.

WARNING! Purchased a used LSA motor on May 5 2020 for $10,920. Motor installed May 26. Drove 2,500KM until the car started to experience problems (May 26-June19). Took the car off the road, it was off the road for 2 months while we diagnosed the issue (separate issue). When the car was working again, drove it 2 days and the engine failed. They won't cover any costs with the failed engine. The car was on the road for 26 days total. *Outside the 30 day "warranty" window. "You should have called within 30 days." Offered NO resolution.

This place deserves a ZERO star review. It's only here to make a quick buck by selling damaged parts that are improperly kept. I would advise not to ever try your luck with these thieves. Make sure you are an expert in what you are getting or the part is obviously a good as they will kick you out of the store or ignore you if you want to return or exchange and at the very least charge you crazy fees. No respect for their customer. It is likely your loss if you deal with them. Somehow they squeezed by in this rathole for some time by scavenging. Bottom feeders. Save your time and patience.

Really great place to get parts, I had such a hard time finding specific parts for my car until I called Boston. They really helped me and they even delivered the parts to my work, because I wasn't able to pick up the parts during regular business hours, they didn't even charge me extra for delivery. I've called about a month regarding a part for a Chrysler driver side panel, Lydia said will call you soon a month later still waiting a call, I've called this morning regarding a seat cover for the same car, didn't know what I was talking about then within a minute later on I don't have it, won't.ever call again, I rather go towards Hamilton to get parts, not professional at all, should get another job instead of working there.

I have recently bought a AC compressor from Boston auto wreckers but i asked them before i bought the part. if such compressor is in working condition then the lady that answer the phone said "we have ONE AND and it is tested and in working condition", and going by their word I bought the AC compressor, got it installed in my car and guess what, when started the car engine and get the AC compressor to work , their Compressor just failed miserably, the Tracer liquid which is added to this unit and it is green in color was all over the floor, this tells me that the Compressor was DEFECTIVE, it has LEAKS, then I when back to Boston and they were willing to exchange the defective unit but after the bad experience i went through, i guess the trust factor was not there any more, and something boston owner did not understand because he did not, was that to replace the defective unit they sold me first and to install the questionable one they were willing to give me, was going to cost me another $250. so i left and did not take the replacement, I will never buy used part again, at least from any of these type of businesses.

Wish there was a zero rating. Rude, inconsiderate and unreliable. Was having a car picked up by them but when I called to inquire because they missed their appointment pick up time was told it wasn't even in the list and I was "lucky they even answered because we are closed".

Professional, quick, and courteous service. Even while being very busy ( Chris ). Late model wreckers are a dime a dozen but a wrecker that has older model parts as well is a rare breed. If you are looking for those older model parts, Boston is a good bet.Thank you Boston Auto Wreckers!

I haven't had a good service like this since a long time. Lidia helped me with a part that was listed, she organised shipping it to Montreal, and even took care of cleaning the part since it was very dirty without me even asking. I made a mistake in my address and she took care of correcting it quickly no problem. Absolutely recommend.

Called for a F250 Seat in good condition the one. They say they did have one in GOOD condition. Had to pay 310 before even seeing it. I arrive next day and it is the dirtiest ripped seat. No refunds... RUDE staff. NO one wearing a mask except the one decent not rude not useless staff was the lady in the office. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE let it fail their staff is rude. I informed that is disgusting and it is not worth 310 it has rips stains covered in dirt and slime. HOW DO YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS

Great family business. I've been purchasing parts from Boston for a few years now. The first time I was there Fernando the owner offered me a cappuccino. Having 6 kids I am a mechanic on the side for extra cash. Time and time again Boston has saved me a ton of cash even compared to their competitors. Theyjust saved me hundreds on an engine for my daughter compared to the other guy. They also stand behind their parts if it's in reasonable time. thanks guys
