first time going to Palmer recycling and it was great. I didn't know what to do with an old appliance and I stopped out there early one Saturday morning the staff was super friendly they're very accommodating and I'll be back for sure. if you have some metal stuff around your house that you don't know what to do with, these guys are great and it's really convenient and easy to get to from downtown Ottawa My highest recommendation????????????????????

Brought a metal barrel in and was told it needed to be opened and cleaned, I was NOT informed of this when I called a few months ago. Guy tries to tell me that I didn't mention it was a barrel...um yes I did actually! I then ask how am I supposed to open this barrel to which he just shrugs and says I don't know. They did not try to help me whatsoever, unbelievable, thanks for nothing!

Our 17 year old minivan just stopped working and it was parked at someone's place of business. I wanted it removed as efficiently as possible. I called a few places but Palmer Recycling was the most professional and had a quick turnaround for removing my vehicle. They dealt directly with the towing company which was also reliable and honest. Everything was rather effortless. When I went to collect the funds for my van, the staff at Palmer was very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to contact them again for the removal of a vehicle or any other item they can recycle.
