Great place for quality used parts. Just look at old Gordon here salvaging front end parts off this old van. He loves coming here. Nicklin is amazing for used cars to....who knew you could find a great used car at a fraction of the price.

Well got a flat tire just wen i pulled in and they couldnt be nice enought to give me a discount on a tire on a rime but charge out the but cuz they new i needed one. Not happy and need more ppl skills but not goin back 55 for a spare tire i dont think so

What' a great bunch of guys that are full of knowledge. I bought a battery and it wasn't any good so took it back and got a perfect one plus a couple tires that I would of missed out on great deal they have me and I'll be back no questions,,now speaking of tires man this place has them if you need them,brand new warehouse with a ton of rims and tires and anything else you can think of for cat truck sub ECT parts, great experience and give this two thumbs up 100%????????>

Staff isn't very personable, no notifications of new rules which is very inconvenient, cars out back are left with doors open and windows open which makes some moldy cars. Hard to find good interior parts. To add insult to injury I hear it's not a fun place to work for those looking for employment. I suggest benmet, Fergus auto Wreckers, Erin auto Wreckers. All of those will give you the parts you need, help you track them down at another scrap yard and provide a good polite service.

Service is friendly and I really don't expect much from a scrap yard but I was pretty put off by the absolute disaster of the lot. It would be nice to see them clean up the area of where the cars are before they place a new car. It definitely makes it even harder to navigate than it could be and would at least reflect a little bit more care for customers and the environment. They did have quite a few cars and what seemed like a good selection.

Great place for parts. Love that they have a price list, and you pay what it says, so you know what to expect. No surprises. The cars are a bit disorganized (domestic mixed with imports), but it could just be that it's winter time.

So disappointed... Just to clarify. I am a woman with very little knowledge of cars and work till 4pm Monday - Friday and they close their yard to the public at 430. I called yesterday 5 minutes before close asking about parts for my car. I asked if they knew what colour it was and if they are able to remove them (cause I know other yards fo that if you pay extra). I was told no it is only a self serve. I figured I would call today cause maybe they were just rushing yesterday because it was 5 minutes to close. I asked the same question and the man said "yeah you called yesterday and I already told you we are a self serve." I apologized and told him I was told differently and he said... "No no no no no no... MA'AM .... NO... we are a SELF SERVE. WE DO NOT TAKE INVENTORY OF WHAT COMES IN." Absolutely unimpressed with their customer service. I know its an inconvenience but it would be great if they would provide help to remove parts for extra money on the parts I need... Only good thing I can say is that the prices they gave me for the parts I need are low. Too bad they can't be bothered to help at all... Ill take my money elsewhere.

Long gone are the days where an auto wrecker will pull parts for you and this place is no different. The selection of vehicles is vast yet the ones they have have been picked through. Discourteous people break valuable parts to get at odds and ends and vehicle doors are left open to the elements. Prices are fair when the parts are there.

Pull Your Own Parts yards are getting harder to find, the prices are very, very low, which is also hard to find. They have an unfortunate tendency of scrapping high value classic cars the odd time they end up with them. It's a yard I'd recommend visiting, lots of modern cars as well.

Honestly the worst yard I've been to. First I checked their website, it hasn't been updated for years. I emailed them no reply, followed them on facebook and asked if they had the car I wanted, their reply was that I should come and find out. They have no system of showing new stock or what they even have in the yard. Drove all the way from Toronto to go to pull an engine and transmission. Walked into the yard and saw that the cars are on the floor, yard is not even organised, looks like cars were just dumped randomly and their wasn't even enough space in between the cars to pull an engine and a transmission. So basically a waste of time and gas money, I don't think ill be coming again.

You may find great prices at this self-served Junkyard, but awful, awful service at the front counter. I wish they wore name tags so I could name the one man that was rude beyond words and mocked me. At least, the man standing next to me attempted to help (he has a short beard,hope you recognize yourself... thanks!) and another young bearded lad that was in the middle of the yard.... thanks for taking the time to tell me that I would likely not find what I was looking for and to go to Canadian Tire to find a generic one. Shame on you, man with greyish hard at the front. If customer service is too hard for you, go back in the yard

***Edit: last visit, u pull is closed to the public.*** Pick and pull. Great parts prices. Excellent selection of as is vehicles for sale, priced reasonably. Bring your own tools. Wear boots. Lots of scrap vehicles in the yard. Loosely collected by make. Always rotating stock, so if you see something grab it or it could be gone tomorrow.

I have never before been to an auto wreckers that did not know what cars they had on site. I asked about a brand and model with a 3 year range and was told they should have it. After half an hour wasted looking, found they do not have a single vehicle of this model on the property. I understand parts already having been removed or not being usable. Not even knowing or letting a customer know if there is even such a car on the property is unacceptable.

Put simply, this place has unbeatable prices. You will even find some vehicles that start / run / drive, and ask yourself why they're even in the yard. The yard could be organised by car model a bit better, but you'll eventually find what you're looking for! Have to downgrade them to 4 stars.. The prices have recently been hiked up, and their selection is limited to old domestic models. Bald biker-bro type with the sleeve tattoos at the counter is also kind of annoyingly rude.

This is a fantastic U-pull-it salvage yard with GREAT prices! If you know what you need, chances are you can find it here. So what if the cars are arranged perfectly by model, brand? They are constantly adding new vehicles every week. I just picked up two Xenon headlamp assemblies for my Mazda for $40 each (these retail for $600+ brand new). Parts come with a 120 day warranty. This yard is for the hard core DIY'er and I am VERY happy with Nicklin price and service. You will be too.

Rick is honest and stands by his word when giving a price for a vehicle. Other places say they will give you one price and show up and then say they will actually only give you half the money. Nicklins has come a long way. In past years cars have been difficult to work on due to limited space, being engulfed in water, or have been there so long they’re sinking in the ground. I see they are trying to change this but this has been a very very slow process. Still they have fair priced parts; Dennis and Bob are both good guys and most of the staff are friendly. Not a bad spot to find a used car either.

Great service. Very professional. Called a different wrecker to pick up my scrap car (Griffin)and waited almost 2 days to get pick up my car ,on the second day . Called to confirm our scheduled 11am pickup and kept saying 30mins away ,the car had to go because it was parked at my work and people started telling management about a vehicle with no doors outside might be a stolen car lol.anyways. I called Nicklin at 3 pm and they had the car picked up before 5pm ..thanks guys. cheers
