Was denied service because bottles.weren't counted. But the guy in front of me brang bottles in a black bag which you aren't supposed to do. Rules are inforced selectively. Not driving to Sydney to drop off bottles so they will be going in the garbage from now on.

Serious customer service issues! It's a Jeckl and Hyde experience dropping off your bottles a couple of the employees are very nice a couple are very ignorant, rude and abrasive.

Their website says their open, go there and they refused to take anymore recyclables. They said they have to many to count. Outrageous. Its 2021, update your website accordingly. Waste of time. No wonder people litter, unless your unemployed it's very difficult to get there let alone be turned away because they have to much to count.
