Over all the concept is great, however the girl at the counter made incorrect suggestions and didnt provide me with the right aisle number to find the car I needed and never provided me the aisle number for the vehicle I asked for. This resulted in at least 30 minutes of wondering around trying to find a similar vehicle. Not that I wouldnt recomend but id deffinatly record research the yard first and not taking the word of the clerk.

They have a wide variety of vehicles you can salvage from as well as friendly knowledgable staff whom are willing to assist you locating anything you're looking for, people come from all over the atlantic provinces to find what they're looking for here compared to other locations because of the amount of selection.

Good experience every time. The ladies we deal with at the service desk are great. The prices are great especially if you are doing work yourself. If you are expecting perfect parts then go to the dealer and pay out the bucks but dont complain that they are "rusty"

disrespect towards the customers, the parts are often rust and does not work any more, its cost more expensive than new because you have to engage someone to remove the parts because of the rust

Had decent service until last weekend. Inconsiderate, belligerent woman behind the counter. Poor attitude when I wanted to exchange a part I bought that did not fit for a part that would plus a few other things I need. I'll buy new from the dealer before returning. I'll also pass on the word to stay clear. Buy from barely used or bastarache.

My first visit was this year and I was extremely impressed. The reception desk is able to give you a printout which clearly directs you to the car(s) from which you require parts, based on make/model/year. The yard is very well organized, marked with signage, and is maintained in a very neat and safe condition. Once you find what you need, simply go back to the sales-side of the reception counter, pay for your parts and away you go! They can even notify you via email when a particular vehicle arrives at the yard. I would recommend Kenny U-Pull to anyone, and they are even open on Sunday!

Finally, a decent breakers in Moncton!! Go online, see what cars they have, show up with tools - snag the bits needed. No messing with online inventory systems that are mostly wrong and no turning up to be handed sketchy parts. Like shopping at a supermarket you can go and examine the merchandise first! Clean yard, friendly staff, and great prices. Will be back.

First junk yard I've found that wouldn't let me walk around with my daughter. It's hard to find parts for Cavaliers/Sunfires, let alone a babysitter. Waste of a 2 hour drive.

awesome place, first time going there recently to pull a starter, very friendly people and easy to access the cars.. if u forget tools you can rent some there too. it cost 3 bucks per person to access the compound they print you a paper at the counter tell you where all the cars are you are looking for. ypu get a dolly cart to carry your parts.. they got portable engine hoists too.

Called to see if they had MacPherson strut compressors, or something else to take out a strut spring safetly, at the yard and got hung up on. TWICE! As a business do yourself a favor and get rid of the clowns who may serve as your first impression to customers.

Employees are always helpful, easy to get in and good prices. I have saved a lot of money by buying from them, and have good luck with most parts. Unfortunately the downside is other customers have little to no respect for the vehicles and break everything they touch. I have had to return a few parts there because of careless people who don't understand basic mechanics and just break things to get what they need.

I visited this business for the first time on Saturday October 30/21 looking for a generic hubcap for my daughter’s 2010 Toyota Yaris. People were friendly and helpful as they explained how to find what I was looking for. I found 4 matching Toyota hubcaps which was even better than I’d hoped for. Great price! Great service! And it was so much fun! Gotta love a treasure hunt on a beautiful afternoon ????

I visited on Saturday to get a battery and as soon as I walked in with my old battery I was approached and assisted by a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. He asked all the right questions to ensure I got the right battery I needed. In less than 10mins I was all done. He also reminded me of the 2yrs warranty too.
