Amazing inventory, at Kennys you can find almost anything that you’re looking for in terms of parts for your vehicle. They have an email alert option their website in which you can choose for to get notified when a vehicle you’re looking for has arrived. I have mine turned on and I look forward for the next arrival, 5 stars, best U-Pull in the province by far.

This place is the best, as long as you have a sense of adventure and a fairly common 10+ year old car. Kenny / AIM keeps my 07 Kia Rio going. One plus of a U-Pull type yard is that you can learn how the part you're looking for comes off on a test vehicle where scratches and screw ups don't matter before trying it on your own car.

Cars aren't where they say they are. Not much organization. Staff look miserable and aren't very helpful. Bags are searched before and after, this must be to prevent Danny Ocean doesn't steal all their money. Tire selection was limited and disorganized. More expensive than other self serve salvage yards in the province.

Go somewhere else. If you need more clarification read below: Went in to get a new battery for a car. Getting the battery was easy, but did not have the old one. I went back to get the old battery and brought it back to get my core fee back, something I have done at many places before, and was given a gift card. Was told there is no options, we have your money, battery and core and never offer any refunds and have no way to pay you for your core, only gift cards. Of course they could have given me my core fee. Cash is thing. This is a unethical dishonest way of doing business and I cannot recommend based on that.... Even if they have the best price, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Their (NS) service is great! I filled the online form the night before for selling my old vehicle, and I received a phone call next morning to arrange pickup. The driver showed up on time and the transactions went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Person answering the phone clearly doesn't have the time of day to talk to anyone.. Answering the phone and in a conversation with someone laughing and what not is not the way to run a business. Didn't want to help with prices over the phone and couldn't confirm that they had my car. Even tho I gave her the make and model.. She said I'll have to come see for myself ....

Up until my recent trip I had them ranked as 5 stars. They no longer have any trust in their customers, searched my tool bag on the way in and out, with Covid they shouldn't be touching ANYTHING of anyones. Worth the extra drive to maritime pick a part. You lost a loyal customer who had always recommended your business to others.

Asked how much a deck cost they said 35$ no way too test it so I said no and they threw it out the door on the ground and smashed it now they will get nothing for it could of atleast made 10$ really frustrating last time I go back and tried to charge 55$ for a cluster said no they threw that on the ground and smashed it too lol makes no sense to me terrible business!!!

They give you one price for an item before you go in, and then ask for another when you pay. Recently got quoted $23 for an item and after taking day off to get it (not to mention 2 hours of driving and 2 more getting the item off the car) they asked for almost $100, refusing to honor the quote at all, even though they confessed to giving to me. Save yourself the effort and get your parts someplace else where you know you wont get scammed.

The staff don't seem to be aware of real world pricing.. They charge exorbitant prices for parts you, yourself, take off. Shop around. I can guarantee the competition has most parts listed cheaper, and YOU don't have to lift a finger to take them off. Staff are very rude, not willing to negotiate, and treat you like a common criminal. (Search your tool box, bag, inspect you) The only thing they don't do is strip search you when you're leaving the yard. Hire some staff that are courteous and knowledgeable in parts pricing. My suggestion. ~ Automotive tech, 20+ years

Do not give them your money. This business falsely accused customers of stealing catalytic converters. They lied about having video footage of the alleged incident. Police arrived and cleared the customers of all accusations. Employees belligerently refused to apologize for the false accusations and several hours of wasted police and customers time. Terrible business, rude employees, awful waste of money.

Staff are rude. Went in spent 2 hours looking g for tires a d fou d 2 on rims and 2 off rims. No signs to say tires off the rims cost more. So I wasted 2 hours of my time and $3 to get in for nothing... really I paid them to be able to take the tires I took off the rims by hand on a rig that is not mounted to the ground for them to now be able to make the price up on the 2 I removed. Hurt my back getting the water out of the other 2 tires. Thieves if you ask me. Won't be going back of telling anyone to go there.

Worst experience EVER .I usually get all my parts from Kenny’s U pull in Elmsdale. I recently had to make a trip to Moncton for parts that the elmsdale store did not have. I thought that I had bought a seatbelt at the Moncton store and they said if I had any issues I could return it to Elmsdale. When I gave her the seatbelt she accused me of stealing it and said she had my licence and make of my vehicle and I was not welcome there again, total humiliation and not impressed. Got home found my receipt and it was purchased from Elmsdale but because of this I probably will not ever be back

Horrible customer service over the phone. I live 2 hours away and they couldn't even check to see if they had the parts there or even if they had a truck there that I could pull the parts off of. When I asked all the young girl said was we don't do that here. When I told her I lived 2 hours away and I really didn't want to drive 2 hours for nothing there was no response and the line went silent. I don't know if I was hung up on or put on hold indefinitely. So this is why I rated this place only 1 star. Hopefully ya'll get better service than I did. Cheers

Everyone was positive and well informed and enthusiastic about the automobile. All young men with responsibilities making it work by doing good work. They certainly appreciate the attachment that grows for a favorite vehicle. Each customer was treated with traditional politeness and respect, grandmother friendly :) Just beep coming in the drive ;)
