I needed an '08,'09 donor car for my part. There was one listed, I went...was charged 3 dollars to look at a car that was completely stripped(like an afternnon in the Bronx). I went back to office and told sorry, it's all we have and thanks for the money!? Back when there was no entry fee....no harm, no foul. But now, they screw you every which way they can!

Not as good as it used to. Not at all!! A few years ago you would find three and four year old scrapped cars. Now, the newest you could find are10 year old scrapped cars. The three dollars entry fee is a rip off! What am I going to the movies!!! All good parts, specifically good tires and rims, they set them aside and sell them for a premium! Most, not all, of the staff are better off flipping buggers at McDonald's. Not very knowledgeable. A precious few are good though. They used to have a sale every summer, all you can Carry for 50$. Long gone are those days !! Wanted to buy control arms for my car, turns out, for an added 40$, I could buy brand new ones with a three year warranty and without having to go to pull them at Kenny's. Was a no brainier! Every few months they jack up the prices! Used go there four days a week, as I have three cars between me and the wife, and I would fix some of our friends cars. Now I barely go there once a month! Even tires are no good there anymore! The good ones get set aside by management and sold for a premium, not the regular price. Typical case of how greed can kill a business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND USING!!!! I went with my hubby and step, spent 2 days under a truck to pull out a transmission after they told me at the office I could put a 98 into an 03 F150. Take the transmission out of my trick and have the 2 on the tailgate and they don't have the same sensors and no way to male it work (after calling asking asking 4 mechanics). I take the transmission back and they can only give me a gift card! They were supposed to tell me about that policy and did not and I do not read French. They should know if I'm talking to them in English!! What a crooked business. That was the 1 and only time I went there. I would not ever go back!!!

The yard is really much smaller and the amount of the car is greatly affected. I still managed to find the little piece of plastic I wanted. Perfect idea. I had no idea this place existed. If you are looking to fix up your car yourself and keep your budget really low... This is the place! You go to this huge junk yard with tons of car models years colors, they locate the model year and color u want you and pay 3 dollars to go in the yard, and literally pull out of the car of your choosing the parts you need. Then check out pay and done! There is even a lovely kind and quite helpful old mechanic, Andree, who will help u pull out and even install the parts in your car for a small fee. Very reliable! The staff in there... Lovely and kind! Very very recommended!

On June 1st after walking the imports rows twice over...no luck in search...then at front desk... staff called the Manager to desk when I asked why their PC database does not list 2 vehicles verified that morning ONLINE as being on site. Manager asked if I had called the Call Center before I decided to visit his lot...as though the fault was mine. I can assure you guys, their prices now more than 4 times. Eventually, they will turn to metals recycling only and not cheap used spare parts facility, because many times I had purchased cheaper quality brand new parts from Rockauto, delivered to my house's steps even with their delivery charges included.

On devrait disposer d'une fiche d'informations sur chaque auto au minimum le km et la date d'entrée dans la cour , ce serait facile à afficher. Pour offrir au client un choix optimal. Ils ne classent plus les voitures par marques dans la cour. Nécessité de demander une localisation du modèle que vous cherchez à l'aide de la liste informatisée du personnel, sinon vous allez marcher beaucoup. La propreté et la bonne gestion de la cour: c'est inégal d'un Kenny à l'autre. Allez sur leur site Internet et faites vous-même la comparaison par une visite à plus d'un Kenny. Ça demeure encore un endroit intéressant pour des pièces à prix assez raisonnable si vous avez le temps et la patience de les démonter vous-même. Certains prix sont équivalents à du neuf chez rockauto. Apportez des bons outils et une génératrice au besoin.
