Awful experience! I initially contacted them for a driveshaft which they found and agreed to send pictures of. (Spoke with Mr Charbel) They refused to remove it and measure it without a deposit. I called back next day and spoke with Melanie and Thalia and they confirmed again they had it but would not remove it without a deposit so I decided to go there, in Hull/Gatineau, from Deux Montagnes. Once I got there, the mechanic came back letting me know the guy the day before dropped the car on top of another one destroying the driveshaft I came from. I showed him the pictures and he claimed those were pictures taken longtime ago.... The overall experience was awful, honestly I don’t know how this business survived for so long given the Mickey Mouse service I received! No empathy, no sorry you spent 80$ And 4 hours to get here...NOTHING! I can also vouch for a previous clients testimonial that they’re hustling you once you get there. They wanted to charge 50$ for a fog light!!!(20$ in mtl)

Nous avons choisis cet endroit parce qu'ils disaient qu'ils donnaient les meilleurs prix. Sur place ils nous ont dit qu'ils étaient pour mettre l'auto à la fourrière et qu'ils auraient presque rien pour les pièces, ils nous offraient donc 250$ pour l'auto tandisque Kenny U-pull nous avaient offert 330$ précédemment. Alors que ma conjointe tentaient d'argumenter que nous pouvions avoir plus pour sa voiture, le propriétaire misogyne a complètement ignoré ses propos et a continuer à s'adresser à moi. Il nous a alors donné 300$. Lorsque nous finalisions la transaction, la dame à la caisse, Thalia, a mentionné à plus de 4 ou 5 reprises que lorsque nous irons à la SAAQ pour les plaques, de s'assurer de mentionner que nous vendions l'auto à ces personne et rien d'autre... Plus tard lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à la SAAQ, ils nous ont dit que le transfert des plaques avaient déjà été effectué. Mais pourquoi faire un transfert de plaque lorsqu'on envoie une voiture à la casse? C'est parce qu'ils nous ont menti, ils vont réparer l'auto et la revendre avec un bon profit. En gros ce sont des menteurs et des voleurs... et l'endroit ressemble à un trou-à-rat insalubre alors faites vous une immense faveur et n'y aller tout simplement pas. Les gens comme ça ne méritent pas d'être en affaire.

Brought my car in for 4 tires was told 1st come 1st serve, was in their lot after 10am when they opened.... was told 2-3 hrs it’s not 530pm and my car is still not done. Plus the tires were more expensive then advertised. Not a good experience at all. Add this to places to NEVER go again! Not impressed at all!

I had my brand new winter tires installed here after purchasing them from a partner of theirs, who uses them as an installer. My appointment (made by the partner I bought them from) was at 11AM, and I did not leave their shop until 1:45. 2hrs and 45 minutes to install a set of tires. I was told numerous times by the lady there, that they were having a hard time because they were big tires/rims (18 inches) as she chuckled a bit. I wasn't in a rush, no worries. Eventually, they were installed and I left. 3 weeks later I was forced to return as every single one of my tires was flat due to a slow leak. I took the afternoon off work, waited 2 hours (no discredit to them here - this time that made sense, I didn't have any appointment) to have the simple job done for a second time, and the lady (same one from the last time) first told me that it had happened because the rims hadn't been cleaned before the new tires were applied, but don't worry she wouldn't charge me and they'd do it for me, and it normally costs $20 (I'd hope they wouldn't charge me, I'm back a second time because of their initial shoddy work). So anyway, I sit down and wait the two hours in their unheated waiting room , and once the vehicle is finally done the mechanic tells me the car is ready and walks me out, and tells me as he walks me out "I'm not sure how he missed it, but the last mechanic didn't put any sealant glue on, you always need to use that for Aluminum rims." - admitting to me first that what the lady had told me first wasn't correct, or wasn't the full truth of the story and secondly, that they had messed up. GUESS WHAT? IT'S NOW ANOTHER 2.5 WEEKS LATER AND TWO TIRES ARE SLOW LEAKING. So now I have to go and take my car elsewhere and have them reinstalled by professionals, pay more to have it done again. The whole experience outside of the actual work that was done, was also just generally pretty weird and offputting. The lady who works the tires section and the lady who works the parts desk were constantly yelling and bickering back and forth at eachother in front of a room full of customers. It was pretty awkward and seemed a bit heated at times. I'm sure they're excellent for getting used parts, but I would never recommend taking your vehicle to have work done here. If they are not able to properly install a set of winter tires on two separate occasions, I'd be terrified to hear what they might do to a job of real complexity.

Terrible service. After damaging a rim and tire in a pothole I purchased a tire and rim for 60$. I returned cause the tire kept losing air. So they changed the rim but installed the same tire. Went back a third time (missing work again) cause still losing air and still shaking in my steering wheel and they accuse me of hitting another pot hole, which is false (but I must be a liar).
