Harmon Scrap was good. People were nice and helpful. Hadn't been there before and they explained things well. They should post there CB Channel next to the scale, otherwise a nice place. BTW, Channel 8.

I TOOK SOME COPPER THAT MY SPOUSE HAD BEEN COLLECTING TO HARMONS BECAUSE THEY ARE OPEN ON SATURDAYS. AFTER UNLOADING THE COPPER I FOUND OUT THEY PAY 1.00 LESS A POUND FOR NUMBER COATED COPPER! YES A DOLLAR LESS! THEN THEY NO LONGER MAIL CHECKS....SO I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHE TRIP JUST TO PICK UP THE CHECK. THEY HAS A LOT OF CHECKS THAT NEEDED TO BE PICKED UP, I SURE HOPE THOSE INDIVIDUALS KNOW THEY CAN TAKE THE COPPER TO ANOTHER SHOP IN CHAPEL HILL DURING THE WEEK AND GET A DOLLAR MORE A POUND. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I HAD READ A REVIEW ONLINE WARNING TO WATCH THEIR PRICES, BUT I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD BE THAT BIG OF A DIFFERENCE. I JUST WANTED TO WARN PEOPLE BEFORE THEY MAKE A TRIP THERE.

Came in earlier today and I was very impressed. The younger guy at the window was very nice and informative on what they would pay me for the metal. I will most definitely be bringing my scrap here from now on out and would advise everyone to do the same.

Called before I went to get pricing, once I dropped Metal they said price changed, got home called again to check pricing and they said it went back up. I don’t do business with people like that. Won’t be back

Call this morning and there pre recording says currents car price is 7.50 hundred. Drive 50 mins 1 way and get there and they say current price is $3.25! Better business bureau has opened a claim for false advertising! Hope they get ya good!!

They have horrible customer service told me I could sell them all my aluminum at scrap tin or take the whole load with me. They also had changed there price on scrap from that morning to that afternoon. They are very unhonest and rude.
