Found my touch screen radio. Tiny bit over priced, but trustworthy and safer than online shopping for used parts. Took a while for them to deal with me and find me a screen, but I spoke with someone else and he found me a radio asap.

What a garbage scrap yard. Seriously good for nothing at all, every time I've called I've been told "nope we don't carry those kind of parts". You're not worth their time to pull off any part & you can't even pull your own lol. Don't waste your time here. I don't need your copy & paste apology either. I'll just keep driving to Kenny upull in Hamilton. Glendale for anything I don't feel like pulling off myself.

If you don't pay cash they won't sell you anything unless you are a big company. They have very bad customer service. If they want they also decide if they sell the parts or not. They dont sell to everyone. You can waste your time at this place . Well there are too many other scrap yards where you can buy used parts. I recommend to go somewhere else after my bad experiences here.

Was recommended to come here and came along way to be told they shut down their yard. Tried calling multiple timesbefore hand to no awnser. Assumed that ment they were busy however when i got there they said they were only dealing orders by phone. Wasted alot of time coming here. Just do the public a favour and shut down durring this craziness if you cant offer a quality level of service.

I needed a Abs/pad sensor harness, one gentlemen told me they dont sell brakes i dont think he understood what i said but i called back spoke to rob, he got someone to take me out and find it , i found it within 5 minutes cut from car brought to front he said free because they dont sell these things, works perfect thanks again rob

Excellent service and great prices, We bought a rebuilder from Chris, He gave me a fantastic deal with honest personal service. The car needed a few parts Rob at the parts counter sourced out all of the parts needed and got me a price that couldn't be beat. All the parts were in excellent condition and fit perfect. Bottom line, I just bought my second car from them. I highly recommend Miller's and their staff.

Can’t help but recommend Miller’s Auto as a good alternative for dealership service for your vehicle maintenance needs. My 2016 Honda Odyssey was quoted by the dealership service department needing 4 tires ($1000+ plus alignment), new 4 brakes and rotors ($600+ for front and $600 for rear) which would be a huge hit to my pocket. I came across the alternative to dealership service as I was shopping for another vehicle. I searched online for Used tires for Niagara Falls and came across Miller’s Auto. I messaged them first just for the tires and they gave me a quote right away for 4 tires with 75 % threadlife and in comparison shop to Costco which have the same tires for $760 before tax. Tires were done and replaced and am very happy with the prompt and friendly service by Steve and his staff. I then asked Steve if they also do breaks and rotors to which he gave me a quote and got it replaced by them as well. I’m very happy from the huge savings but more than that I was very impressed with Steve as he accommodated me the best he could after telling him my busy day and with only one vehicle available I needed the job done. He told me it will take 3 hours for all 4 brakes and rotors but I was surprised when the job was done in one hour and change as he assigned two mechanics to finished the job right away. I spend less than half tax included for all the job than what my dealership quoted me. Will I come to Miller’s Auto? YES! Would I recommend Miller’s auto? It’s all I’d been talking about to anyone I come across with in my circle.

Great for finding vehicle parts, I was sold 4 snow tires, they were out of round, the belts had shifted and had high and low spots in them. They couldn't balance the tires, so they gave me the price of one tire back. Really. My tires bounced all winter, I couldn't go over 102 kph or the bounced would have been to much. Not happy at all. I'm stuck with garbage tires they won't take back, bad for business. I'll make sure I tell anyone to be careful before buying tires there. They won't let you see what they are doing, and by the time you drive out it's too late.

I had ordered a part for my FJ Cruiser I believe on a Friday or so. By Sunday I had received a message saying the part wasn't in the shape that they had advertised and they did not want to send me a faulty part. They immediately refunded me my money without me having to ask or initiate. I am so please with the customer service that I received and if I ever need such a part in the future, they will be my first stop. Good, honest people. I was nervous ordering from a recycling yard but this experience has been a great one. Thank you Miller's!

I've been going to Miller's for 25 years. I always liked going here because I had the freedom to walk about the yard and get my own parts......until now. They have changed their policies and we are no longer allowed in the yard. I can understand from their end why but from a customer standpoint I now find it frustrating and will no longer do any business with Millers. They have just lost a long time customer. I like being able to get my own random interior parts etc and now we can't unless we relay to them exactly what we want. I find it rather annoying because sometimes we don't even know what we're looking for until we find it. Sorry Miller's but your policy change was a bad idea. I'll take my business somewhere else from here on out.

The guys there were cool they got rid of some good guys .But I'd like to go out in the yard and get it myself were not all thieves but imagine that doesn't apply to thier insurance company just guessing why they changed thier policy on getting your own parts but is was cheaper. ThAt sentence had more run on then an old dodge demon . Overall best place around tires parts body work and pick up a good deal if you want to rebuild a smashed up diamond in the rough also had cars repaired mechanically they do it all I got no complaints integral part of community .

I called them to ask for a part that said was available on their website... they said that I need to pay first before they take the part off the donor car. So then, I asked if I pay online, how long will it take? "Well, we're behind, so a day or two." What an unusual and inconvenient method of doing business. I also enquired as to whether or not they test the parts, and they said that they do if they can, but that all their parts are warrantied. THANKS BUT NO THANKS.

Absolutely no customer service. I was told "I'll make a couple of calls and I'll call ya back"… never heard from him again. My wife went in and ROB went looked at the rim and was told the other guy never called back "don't worry I'm on it" said ROB months later I dropped in, he had no clue nor a single care... Apparently you do not want my business I'll be sure to let the other business whom refered me to know of your lack of care, obviously you don't need my money nor his referrals. If your say your going to do something do it, if you get called out for not doing your job, apologize, if you and your body language tell me you could care less, do your boss a favor and quit.

Best auto wrecker I have ever been to (and trust me I have been to most of them). Very friendly and helpful staff, parts are always as described, delivered on time, and lowest prices. Today I called asking for a quarter panel moulding and told them I am coming from London, only an hour before getting there. They had the part ready for me, even during the current circumstances. Can't patch a tire 15-10 min before 5:00. Guy at desk told me I would have to be 15 min or so earlier to get anything done. Two guys there did not look busy just standing at the desk. Went to Canadian Tire got patched same day.

I’ve been a customer here before and had a great experience but now will no longer give this company any business. I went in today looking for a set of floor mats. Last time I shopped here, they brought me out to the yard and I collected what I needed from a vehicle. This time, I was told that because a set of floor mats doesn’t meet their “minimum”, that they cant sell me anything. Wow! This place is already out in the middle of nowhere, so I wasted over a hour of total drive time, just to receive poor customer service and a refusal of service because the part I needed wouldn’t make then enough money to justify getting it for me. Don’t give this place a dime.
