Went to get what they called a transmission flush in my 2014 Ford F150 which they did not do properly. They only replaced the filter and oil inside the transmission pan and not evacuate the oil out of the rest of the system.

Customer service is very bad. Had oil on my driveway after an oil change . The service rep did not care at all. Turns out the plug was tight they just forgot to clean the bottom of the truck up. So the dirty oil mess from the change just dripped onto my clean driveway. I asked for something to help clean up and they told me to buy it myself....ok . So I had tires put on as well. They weren't able to make the tire pressure sensors work after that. Again they didnt care and told me to go to the GM dealer. Another stop which isnt convenient but I can understand it's a different brand. On top of that they told me that an axle seal was leaking and they didnt want to touch it in case it was warranty. Fast forward a week or so I get my truck in to GM to finish the job that Senchuk started. And...no leak! So now I have a 1/2 hour labor charge from GM to chase a ghost. Not impressed. Will avoid Senchuk in the future.

2017 Ford Escape SE Fast & Courteous service. Reception was pleasant and helpful and vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently - and pretty much on appointment time as slated. There were no queries if I had any concerns or issues but I suppose that would be up to the buyer to bring up when they make the appointments. I really do not like the "engine stop" feature (especially in winter) and would like a more permanent override so a person wouldn't have to remember to do it each time. Since the 'dud battery' was changed out, the car and features are operating 100% ! One doesn't expect a faulty battery at purchase but it obviously occurs. SUGGESTION: I'm from out of town and usually have a lot of running around to do when I get in to Estevan and a courtesy car would be amazing and save a lot of time. I know many places don't do this anymore but thought I'd suggest it for we "rural" people. Thanks for the courteous service.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not once but now for the second time. They have the worst service department I have ever worked with. In both instances, our time was waisted with little to no help from this place.service staff are rude and would rather tell You everything they can't do for you , rather than how they can actually help you. Save yourself the hassle and just go to capital ford in regina.

Took my vehicle for its final oil change and service --they said I needed 2 seals changed --I picked it up reaking of gas --had to take it back a second time for them to finish changing the seals --they told me I needed 2 lines changed which wasn't under warranty --fine --picked up my vehicle the 2nd time and they didn't even change the lines and it STILL stinks like gas ---I am not pleased AT ALL with this service !
