Phoned one Monday and ordered a couple parts, they said the parts needed to be removed from the vehicles and they claimed to be really busy and kept telling me I'm "on the list" everytime I phoned for an update. I was expecting them to send out the parts on Friday and receive them on Monday, but the only thing I received from them was a phone call telling they broke one part taking it out, and sold the other part to someone else. Thanks guys, now I'm a week behind schedule because you guys list parts online that are not available or damaged during removal.

We can’t say enough about Jeremy Swanson and JS Truckmart in Estevan, SK. The motor in our 2010 Subaru blew a timing belt and seized. Its’ a hard motor to find (2.5 litre turbo) and a new one costs $12,000.00 to buy and install. But JS Truckmart had one. Jeremy is great to deal with....at the top of the list of his skills is communication. He held our hand thru every step of the process. He is someone who does what he says he will do..no excuses! Top notch quality A++ service. I buy from a lot of “used auto parts” stores. I have only had to deal with a handful out of the US- hands down JS Truckmart was the best. I called JS truckmart and spoke to Jeremy mid morning, inquired about some parts and he called back in little to no time and had the items all boxed up and ready to ship! Talk about professionalism at its finest! I got an email for my invoice, inquired about the tracking number and not even 10 minutes go by and Jeremy already replied to me with the info I needed! Incredible customer service right there!

The driver was awesome and on time I have no complaints about the service just the price but I'm only one opinion and I've had to pay less then what you charge.

Buyer beware. Ordered a power steering pump and a bulk head trim piece for my BMW X5. Jeremy sent both part that were wrong for the vehicle. He assured us before sending the part that if it was not the right part he would take back the part and refund us 100% including shipping and handling. The total bill was $676.20 and our refund was $456.75. I am now out $219.45 plus the shipping ($65) to ship the parts back to him. His response to my email asking him why he shorted us $219.45 he simply stated that the responsibility was on us to assure the part was the right part even though he originally said he would return everything back to us??? Buyer beware....if you think the part may not be the right part do not order from this vender as you will be out $$$$ What he says on the phone does not mean he will stand behind his word.

Blair is basically incompetent, takes forever to call back if he even bothers, shipped me a truck cab that was supposed to be insurance quality but arrived heavily hail damaged, says he didn't look at it before it was sent. Agreed to an $800 refund and then refunded $760. Also bought an engine that showed up with a broken bolt in the block, manager texts me "SORRY, WE MUST HAVE MISSED THAT" Poor customer service!

These guys are awesome! I had been looking for a sunroof for my car. Every other company else I talked to was too lazy to help me out, or would tell me they couldn’t do it. JS Truck mart went out of there way and ended up shipping the entire roof panel to me so that I could get every part I needed! Plus they made sure to get the best possible shipping prices for me and did an amazing job at securing the roof panel down so that it could not be damaged during transport. Definitely recommend these guys! Will be doing future business!

When my car got towed they clearly took it bagging through a field as the odometer was odd and the engine now has a new chugging noise and click, and squeal, the engine bay smells of dusty hay, and my cab is filled with dust that someone else wiped clear from the windshield the fan no longer works, and my belongings in the glove box were left on the floor by whoever went through it. Might as well have left it running with a steal me sign, they probably would have treated my car better.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an engine from these People and I was completely taken! They do not stand up to their 90 warranty guarantee in fact they will do anything they can to not stand by it. The owner Jeremy just hung up on me when I tried to talk to him completely unprofessional! And Robert their warranty representative is completely incompetent just lies thru his teeth. Go anywhere else you possibly can because you will get SCAMMED! Everyone needs to know the truth about this company they are absolutely horrible!

Bought some parts I saw listed on Car-Part and had them delivered to the US. There were some issues dealing with the currency exchange, parts were damaged during shipping and parts did not show up as described on Car-Part. HOWEVER, JS Truckmart stepped up and made things right in the end. Molly was great to work with from the start. I would buy from JS Truckmart again even though there were issues.
