Having had a flat tire on a cold and windy Sunday, IBTowing came to my rescue after the other Elliot Qlake towing company wouldn't because "they don't change tires in this kind of weather ". IBs service man was friendly and efficient.

I would like to tell about what GREAT service we had with CAA and IB Towing. Late afternoon (4ish) on Dec 27th we were headed to the Sault from Southern Ontario, when the car began to lose power to all systems. We had coasted thru Massey and just east of Spanish found a spot to duck into on Waterfall Road, we had called garages in both towns and no one answered. Called CAA, they dispatched a truck from Elliott Lake who arrived with in a couple of hours. By then all power was long gone to car and unable to get into trunk with fob and no power. Had a car full of luggage, Christmas gifts and my daughter's pup (who's food was also in trunk). Along pulls up Doug. Let me tell you, Doug was the most polite, professional, hard working driver, he went above and beyond to help us get going on the road. He had a booster pack and cables to charge the battery just enough for the fob to open the trunk and we could get everything out and transferred to another vehicle. He also dismantled a huge nest in the engine that had us screaming..... He told us to carry on our way that he would be at least 3 hours, and there was no need to wait, if he had any problems with drop off at garage in the Sault he would call us. He did call us later that night to say that everything went well and key was in the night deposit box. Thank you to IB Towing and a huge thank you to Doug!! Marnie & Jessica Merrifield

Although they were contracted through CAA I was quite happy with the service, showed at the allotted time , knowledgeable loading, and got my vehicle to its destination in a timely manner, would use them again.
