Helpful staff but have attitude problems, try to quickly push people away. especially Eric. Gave me the wrong oil pan. And they were extremely bitter about taking it back. Eric doesn’t like doing returns.

I love coming here for my auto parts/projects. I scratched my car last year and my coworker suggested to come here (he restores old cars so I trust his judgement). It's got good prices and the staff there is super nice and very knowledgeable (also note, I'm a woman and feel very comfortable coming here to get my car stuff). I also came to match my bicycle paint and Patrick (paint) was very helpful in getting a close match for my project and letting me know what steps to do and some tips and tricks (and I'm far from a pro, just a hobbyist). They're often very busy on the phones so you know that this is the shop to go to for your car needs. And of course, they have better selection of products than your local hardware store because they are specialized so you can get more than just the grey primer you'll find at Canadian Tire. Highly suggest!

Forget buying from the stealerships. This place any and all parts for a fraction of the price. Call in morning and have your parts in shop by the afternoon.

Worst service ever. Guy on the phone is so arrogant and full of himself. I know it was a Saturday and he probably didn't want to be their. But if this is the service you are going to offer. You'll be out of business in no time. Shop elsewhere folks. There is another parts place just down Hymus Blvd to the East. Probably much better service too

Love this place, I went to get paint for my car, I looked everywhere and this was the only place that could create the color for me and were very quick about it and at a great cost. Highly recommend this place, hidden gem.

Really bad service, on average it takes minimum 15 minutes for someone to serve you, and they talk on the phone while serving you! or simply dont serve you as they reach for another line on the phone and just plane ignores you.The worse guy working there is by far Eric. Eric tries to get rid of you the fastest way possible. Last time i came to get a regular bearing, he told me ''he didn't have time'' and that the bearings were '' all mixed in the back'' that it would take him too much time to check! why do i even bother going there?!! good question. Sadly a zero on five star is not available

Rude service (i think his name was eric). Textbook representation of a WORKER who does not respect customers. Called in to inquire about a kit, "eric" then answers with rudeness, so then i hang up the call. They don't have as much in stock compared to autoparts des sources. I suggest you take your business there.
