Did anyone got their refund card empty ? Happened to me two times, I still had money on the card and when I returned, they said "it's empty". That's impossible because when you use the card to pay and the balance gets 0, they keep the card, they won't give back to the customer a card with 0 balance on it. I don't know how they are removing the money from the cars, either there is a glitch in the system (unlikely) either someone has a duplicate of these cards and he's removing the money by purchasing then reselling a part. Be sure to call the police and call the headquarters of the company to complain.

Julienne 65 kms away to come to montreal east because you were the only ones who just recieved less than 48hrs. a 2011 civic with an intact front bumper cover & grille..they told me on the phone they could not verify. So I came and sure enough the whole car was there..except of course ...the front bumper cover & grille...So I drove back another 65 kms. Terrible service! Firstly, they ripped me off on the amount of money they were offering for my car, because I just wanted the car gone, I agreed. I made an appointment for them to pick up the car, only for them not to show up. I call them to find out what’s going on and the customer service representative tells me I don’t have an appointment. I try to explain to her that I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of moving the car from private property onto the street if I hadn’t made an appointment; moreover, I wouldn’t be calling them if I hadn’t made an appointment. She then tells me the drivers are done for the day and I need to reschedule. Now, either I go through the headache of moving the car back into my parking space or get a ticket from the city because the car no longer runs. All of this for the measly $100 they were paying me for the car. Utterly ridiculous! I wish it was possible to give 0 stars; I created a google account just to leave this review.
