They would not pick up my two small items, so I drove out to Lachine to drop them off. Their place DOES NOT EXIST at the address given to me (#160, 130 Blvd. Saint Joseph). Huge inconvenience and waste of time.

Waste of time. Twice I tried to get these guys to come pick up some computers and old CRT monitors. They said they would come and pick them up without charging us. When they arrived they then asked for $20 for each monitor. Sent them away and took care of it ourselves by bringing them to the eco centre. Will never call these guys again.
