This was my first experience using this service and I'll definitely be keeping them in mind for anything more I need in the future! Joey and Kyle were very prompt, everything was as promised: a phone call 15 minutes before my time slot, and arrival right when they said they'd get there. It was super easy pandemic-safe pick-up, and they were kind enough to take an extra item that I hadn't initially remembered to add to my quote request. I'm super relieved to have been able to schedule this so quickly, because I have a replacement chair coming this week, whose delivery was only scheduled last week. Great service!

(Translated) they bid 1 truck and a half to pick up my materials. they came twice empty truck, and they charged me 2 full trucks and they had not collected everything. They broke a window and they did not pick it up, even after mentioning them. They took what they liked the most, and they left several small items that would have gone very well in the truck, but they said the truck was pretty full. When I canceled the 3rd meeting because in my opinion they would take everything on the second trip and it was starting to cost too much. In canceling my appointment, I mentioned the botched work of her employees and mentioned that they left debris and panes by land on my turf in my back yard. The person on the phone simply said 'OK, your appointment is canceled, thank you and have a nice day' and he hung up, I strongly advise, they are not the only ones to do that, shop around a bit! *** Photos Added *** to see the small piece left, which did not enter the truck after them .... my wife picked up the window because it was dangerous, so I do not have a picture of the broken window on the grass. *** If you really want to solve this situation, you can come and finish the job by picking up what you have left, including broken glass in the grass. Ils ont cassé une fenêtre et ils ne l'on pas ramasser, même après leurs avoir mentionné. Ils ont pris ce qu'ils les intéressait le plus, et ils ont laissé plusieurs petits objets qui aurait entré très bien dans le camion, mais ils disaient que le camion était assez plein. Lorsque j'ai cancellé le 3 ieme rendez-vous car a mon avis ils aurait du tout prendre lors du deuxième voyage et que ca commençait a coûter trop cher. En annulant mon rendez-vous, j'ai mentionné le travail bâclé de ses employées et mentionné qu'il ont laissé des débris et vitres par terres sur mon gazon de ma cours arrière. La personne au téléphone m'a simplement dit' OK ton rendez-vous est annulé, merci et bonne journée" et il a raccroché. je dé conseil fortement. ils ne sont pas les seuls a faire ça, magasiner un peu ! *** Photos Ajoutés *** voyer les tout petit morceau laissé, qui n'entrait pas dans le camion d'apres eux.... ma conjointe a ramasser la vitre car c'était dangereux, je n'ai donc pas de photo de la vitre cassé sur le gazon. *** si vous voulez vraiment régler cette situation, vous pouvez venir terminer la job en ramassant ce que vous avez laisser, incluant la vitre cassé dans le gazon.

WOW! Talk about hassle free for a good fee. The guys were sooo nice and friendly. They wore masks the whole time, took all safety measures. We needed to get rid of our broken washing machine and it was our first time using this service. The guys walked us through it, unhooked the machine for us, and took it out of the house. Anything they pick up that can be fixed easily or isn't broke they donate to lower income families and other charities, and the rest of the items they recycle. 100% will be using their services when we move and 1000% would recommend to anyone having a hard time getting rid of their *junk*.

We had a MAMMOTH job for Got-Junk. It was an old apartment building, 4th floor with NO ELEVATOR. We had to dispose of old furniture including an old sofa bed that was probably filled with metal and VERY HEAVY. I thought they were going to refuse to do it. The movers were very friendly. They came on time and called me before they arrived. I think that the price was very fair. Booking online was easy. It was a big job and they completed it within 2 hours. I will definitely recommend them and id use them again in a heartbeat!!!!!

I called to have a recliner removed from my living room. The person I spoke with assured me that if it were in good condition it would be donated to charity (given to someone that could use it). I was not in the house when it was picked up but my husband was. He said it was dragged out on it's side and was destroyed before it got to the truck. This was a 4 year old Elran that was in perfect condition. Needless to say I am not impressed and will never tell anyone to use this service.

They called two hours before the scheduled block of time to come early and we couldn't accept as we were working. They called 10 minutes before the end of the two hour window reserved to say that they couldn't come which wasted our evening waiting for them. Rescheduled for 8 am the next day and they showed up at 8:30. Guys were courteous and quick, but wanted to throw the VERY large item over our second floor balcony into the truck to save them a walk down the stairs. Cost way too much for one item.
