I was a little skeptical at first about the whole mattress recycling thing...but thanks to their super great customer service through Facebook messenger, they answered all my questions to my satisfaction and totally sold me on their business! Scheduling and payment was easy. Pickup was on-time, and they were in and out in 2 minutes. I feel better knowing my mattresses are going to be recycled instead of going to the landfill. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Had 3 mattresses for recycling. Returned my call within a day. Booked me a few days away. Came in the window they said they would. Called when on their way. Guys were polite and wore masks. Were cheaper than other junk places. Pickup was by "a1 problem solvers". Overall great.

Highly recommended. They came within 2 hours and took my old couch. Very competitive prices and very professional. A more environmentally friendly option as they recycle as much as they can instead of sending all to the landfill.

Everyone I dealt with was lovely, friendly and professional. all costs were clearly labelled on their website and confirmed via email before pickup. They came up to the apartment and moved my sofabed straight from my living room with no fuss and no problems! I will definitely go through them again!

I've dropped up and picked-up at BC Mattress recycling several times over the past 5 or 6 years. They are friendly, helpful and allow you to pick up materials, (I repurpose plastic foam sheets) in exchange for a donation. An excellent service!

Extremely valuable and well priced service, was a little surprised the pickup was contracted out to a couple of people with a pickup truck, but they were friendly and respectful. It took a little explaining to understand they were from the recycling firm. Perhaps company pins or badges would be helpful?
