Not quite sure why they wouldn't take a return on an item that they stock regularly, just because it was from a different store. The return policy on Rona website seems a little bit different from the one that they have in the store.

I went to this store with a list of materials I needed for a garage reno project. All the staff involved were very friendly and helpful and the order was delivered to my house the same day. I will happily go there again for the next project.

I went here looking for a ceiling fan and they had 2! The rest of the store was pretty much empty as well. Could barely find a wood screw. I would go elsewhere.

The Cranbrook Rona makes up their own prices for wood products. Charging almost $10 for a 10 foot 2 x 4 is ridiculous this is not pressure treated wood. This wood supply store rips people off better off to go to home hardware if you are shopping Cranbrook BC!

We recently just got some property in Cranbrook so have been hitting the home stores a lot We have tried Home Depot which I usually like to go to but in Cranbrook I have to say the Rona is the place for me Their staff is knowledgeable and super friendly, from Don in the store who was a great help today with my questions about what I needed for metal roofing to Caz and the guys in the lumber yard Thanks for awesome customer service guys We will be back
