2 years later another review: I needed another vehicle removed. They ignored my first request for a quote; then I requested a quote again a week later and they gave me a lower price than another local recycler. I don't recommend them anymore. I could get more than they offered for just the steel headache rack. They were alot better than this before. My old review was 5 stars.

My mum and I were in a situation we needed a car recycled/removed. We recieved a quote for the Towing and they were going to pay us for a part as long as a certain part was in tact. The team arrived and someone had cut out the part without our permission. They said unfortunately they couldn't pay us but that was 10000x understandable at that point we were just feeling anxious about their time and the situation. They were immensely kind and said taking the car was still not a problem as there were still parts they could use. They also helped us jumpstart a battery and unstiffen a tire on a car my mum was wanting to sell and parked it for her. (Honestly I was thinking please just take them both, please LOL. ????) These guys and gals are the best to deal with that’s for sure. I had a crashed 2001 Grand Vitara I used for hunting. But last year she was in an accident going up hunting. So I bought a new 2007 model but the new tires I had on the 2001 were smaller on size than what my 07 wears. So when I call these great people I told him I had this vehicle I wanted to get rid of but that I a brand new set of rubber on her. So the owner told me I will get my guys to take them off for me before she was towed away. This completely blew me a way cause another place I called on Abbotsford told me I would need to pick my tires up at their shop if they were given my Zuke. These guys were so good to deal with they no only gave me what I wanted I also was given a chance to win Canucks tickets and 50.00 gift card for detailing shop in Langley which will come in handy after this year’s hunt.
