The opening hours are M - F: 0830 - 1730 Sat: 0830 - 1600 Sun: closed It might be 8am but I can't remember. I'm positive about the closing time. Also, the contact number doesn't seem to work, but the address is correct

OK, but not a lot of help with trying to figure out their system. We had to guess and watch other patrons how to sort our empties.

When you are running your bottles in have someone watch the till! We were a bit over half way when I checked the screen and it showed $75. When the final tally was done we got $56. I confronted the lady running the till and she denied it.

I've used this place many times and the majority of the time the staff was condescending and rude. The staff is clearly not happy with their jobs. They seem to continually change their "rules" and now have started to "close" tables, causing bottle necks in getting processed. It really makes bring in bottles a negative experience ... I keep finding myself hoping a bottle drive comes by so I don't have to use their service.

Never had a problem dealing with anyone at the bottle depot, everyone is friendly. I make frequent trips to this bottle depot and have always had good experiences.

If you return your recyclable items for deposits here, be careful I have been recently adding up what my return should be, because I had suspitions I was being ripped off. And too my beliefs I was right! I confronted one of the workers who readjusted my deposit, which just confirmed my beliefs!! They move your emptys without adding them to the register I know it's intensional

They recycle just about anything. Good staff there and helpful when needed. They process items like cans and bottles pretty quickly. Just wish they had more areas to process as wait times can be long on some days as well as crowded with people, especially after a long weekend.

I deal here on a regular basis as I am with BARCS RESCUE and we always have donations of cans and bottles. Amy & Mike go out of thier way to smile ,say hi ,and help. Often having to put up with rude comments from rude people.Wonderful couple and a definate asset to our community.
