After fruitless, countless phone calls and useless visits to find a used part for my car, I finally found this place. Yes, they are brusque and to the point, and their service could be better, but keep in mind that it's a scrap yard/used parts store with a large selection of parts, and they don't have time to pussyfoot around. Their prices are really good, just make sure you get a quote when you call them in advance, if not they will try for a higher price. I'm very satisfied and will recommend this place to my friends.

People there are just running a business for their profit only, not for a service I would say. I bought couple shock absorbers from there and one of them was damaged which was visible too. When noticed it after buying, I went back to them to change it, but they somehow managed me by saying that was not a problem as I buying 2nd hand parts. After installing, I found that shock absorber was not working at all. This time I decided not to go to them as it was costly and time consuming to reinstall parts again and again ????????

Après consultation avec un autre garagiste ... le réel problème vient des freins et non du soi-disant bearing ... Je suis retourné les jours suivants chez B.O afin qu'il puisse corriger leurs erreurs ... Ils m'ont fait attendre tout l'après midi pour me dire avant la fermeture qu'il n'avait pas eu le temps de faire les vérifications sur mon véhicule ... J'ai laissé mon véhicule sur place et au lendemain en fin de journée j'y suis retourné et il m'ont servi le même baratin prétextant qu'il n'avait pas eu le temps d'éfectuer les ajustement sur mon véhicule ... Il était dès lors évident face à leurs attitudes grotesque qu'ils n'étaient pas intéressé de corriger leurs erreurs ... Je me suis tourné vers un autre garagiste pour solutionner le tout ... Depuis ce jour ... Je déconseille fortement cet endroit a tout le monde ...

Ils m'ont dit que le chauffeur partait de Repentigny et s'en venait. Ce qui fut faux car à 15:00 j'ai rappeler et il était rendu à côté des neiges. Il n'est finalement pas passer le lundi non plus. Une autre journée de travail de perdu et on me répond au téléphone que "c'est ça le remorquage". Alors remorquage rime avec manque de savoir vivre? Heureusement, j'étais là premiere le lendemain matin . Le chauffeur de la remorque était très gentil et courtois. Alors 2 jours de travail + 100$ de moins que ce qu'on m'avait dit au départ pour la voiture. Ça m'a finalement coûter plus cher d'attente que ce qu'on m'a donné pour cette voiture. On ne laisse pas quelqu'un dans l'attente comme ça sans nouvelle. Je me serais arranger autrement et je serais aller porter la voiture en la conduisant plutôt que d'attendre une remorque... Stéphane et Stephano savait bien que ma voiture se conduisait. Ils aurait pu m'offrir d'amener ma voiture par ses propres moyen et de me renvoyer en taxi ... J'ai travaillée dans le domaine de l'automobile et jamais j'aurais laisser un client comme ça. Je crois que 20$ investi dans un taxi aurait été pas mal plus payant pour eux que la mauvaise pub que je leur fait maintenant. Je déconseille cette endroit a 100%. Ils ne sont pas fiable et la fiabilité c'est super important pour moi.
