I had made an online order for a sale item but somehow had it delivered to a store on the other side of Ontario. Completely my mistake. The Cornwall Rona store was very helpful in helping me get it sorted out and were able to get me that same item at the same price even though the sale was over. I appreciated their understanding of my situation. The Rona store I ordered the item to, was also helpful and understanding.

Poor customer service. I have been waiting for an order for a month now they keep telling me a different date. When I call & talk to the manager he tells me if I don't like it to cancel my order. I will never shop here again.

This store is fairly well organized. You may not find something very, very particular (try finding set screws here, I couldn’t.), but then again, sometimes they can have something no one else has. And the employees are very nice and understanding here, even in these uncertain times. Good work!

Bought a front door from Kelsey at Rona in Cornwall and the door broke. We called Kelsey who said he would take a $200 deposit and the company would send a new door. Kelsey assured us we would get our deposit back after the company inspected the door. Well he called and said the company is not honouring the warranty and we are out $200. Will never buy from here again. Do not trust any warranty or anything else that resembles one from these people. After we went through all the trouble to get the door back to them they still feel the need to hold on to $200. They can keep it. They have lost all my business and everyone I know.

Just moved to this town and shopped here for the first time. The staff has a horrible attitude, unwilling to help and were not friendly at all. Would barely talk to me never shopping here again! Horrible store i will never shop Rona at all ever. Would give 0 starts if it would let me.

I paid for 10 bags of Boudrias brown cedar mulch in the store for $3.33 each. Next I drove into their yard to get the mulch. I waited around 15 minutes before finding an attendant. He looks around for the mulch and then tells me they are sold out of it.The office in the store does not know how much product they have. Also the Rona website does not telk you either. He suggests Scotts cedar brown mulch. So I decided to get that instead. After loading up the 10 bags of mulch I went back into the store to pay for it. It costs $5.87 a bag. I later discover I could have bought the same thing at Home Depot for $4.92 each. I spent a lot of time and money at this place. It is too expensive and too time consuming to shop at Rona in Cornwall. I will be going to Home Depot instead of the circus at Rona.
