In Cornwall, they are the contractor that provides weekly curbside garbage and recycling pickup. They have broken my blue box, forgotten to pick up my garbage (did not leave a tag, 1 bag in the same bin I always use), they have been a day late (NOT on a holiday week, they have thrown my containers in the street, way into my snowy yard and generally leave a small mess, when leaving the (not completely empty) blue boxes upside down. We never had these issues with our previous contractor. Regardless of the responses left by e360 on other negative reviews, these people care nothing about training and customer service. Just a note, I do not blame the drivers/crew, but rather, I believe the quality problem, stems from leadership not making quality a priority.

They've taken our bins twice and threw them on the back of the truck and broken them once, all on video surveillance, won't answer calls.

My garbage bin was damaged over the winter cold snap. I had called and emailed with photos to request a bin replacement. (Broken lid, plastic along the top ledge peeled back and a 18" hole in the side) I was was assigned a replacement date. I placed my bin out the nighy before... they no showed. I called and emails a second time.... the driver looked at the wrong bin and deemed it not damaged. Called back a 3rd!! Time put the bin out on the scheduled date... No showed again! When I did a follow up call to find out what is going on I was told "Not sure who assigned you that pick up date... it should have been me, your booked for pick up in a week" The disorganization from this company is unacceptable!

Missed my yard waste pickup, called to get it picked up after and still wasn't picked up. Called again to get it picked up and was told no it has been picked up, yet mine has been in the same spot for three days and STILL FULL. Was told no I'm wrong by a very rude woman, disappointed that my tax dollars equal such terrible service...

Recently E360 won the contract for Cornwall, ONT. Since the change the service is horrendous, ask the residents of Cornwall. Company would not touch a full garbage can ( 2 bags ) due to a single 8x12 inch piece of old drywall being located in can with bags. Pathetic... the lowest bidder definitely describes their services well.

I have a small bussiness commercial bin with them.I could not be more impressed!! I have lots of experience with the contract scams that are common in the waste bussiness. This company in Kelowna is just a breath of fresh air!! highly recommend if you need commercial service!

Garbage is always picked up the day it's supposed to but the time frame is wildly inconsistent. They have skipped the recycling bin multiple times and have yet to pick up yard waste since it's been in effect. Bins are always out very early if not the night before and any missed bins have sat until the next interval. Ironic business model since they're trash.

We have started using 360 waist removal and they are great. The bin sizes are a good size and easy to access. They pick up on time and are friendly.

No issue with pickups but heres my situation. My recycle bin was stolen from my residence. I notified them that day and they promised a new one in a week and a half. it has now been four and a half weeks. delivery was supposed to happen again last week but it never did. Called them again today and now they promised me for next Tuesday. That's 6 weeks to get one delivered if it even happens but i'm not very optimistic at this point. That's probably why mine was stolen in the first place. I called in to pick it up but apparently they won't allow that.

These drivers are great! Green bin was to be picked up yesterday and ours was loaded all wrong. A big plastic bag full of leaves was on top of some loose greens. He could have driven by, but he stopped, pulled out the bag, dumped the loose greens and then dumped the leaves out of the bag into the container and then dumped those. He dug a hole in the gravel, shoved a corner of the plastic bag into the hole and placed the bin wheel into the hole so that the bag wouldn't blow away. This same driver has also come into our carport to get the correct bin and explained to us that our whole street had put out the wrong bin that morning and he had taken the correct bins from carports etc at a number of houses that morning to ensure that they were emptied. I don't know about you, but I think this is great service.

I inadvertently put out the wrong bin, blue instead of green. I called the office to find out if the driver had already been by, sure enough he had. Oh well, wait 2 weeks. BUT, she said, I'll put out a message to the driver and if he is nearby, he'll swing by. 10 minutes later he was at our driveway, and waited while I dragged the bin out for him. Nice touch ,, thanks!

Never thought I'd review a waste management company, but these guys have been great. I've had to call about missed pick ups (not really their fault, usually just a new driver who doesn't know our weird route), stolen and broken bins, and every time, they have not only been so incredibly friendly, but so, so helpful. I used to have to call the old company about missed pick ups and got nothing but attitude. These guys are such a nice change, I actually look forward to calling them! Haven't met my garbage driver yet, but the recycling guy has been fantastic as well.
