This is the one of most dishonest companies in which I ever had dealings. First, they tried to rush us by three hours. The red flags began when the driver attempted to manage our expectations by explaining their cost (which had nothing to do with us) in order to lower the amount of cash due to us. I had pre-weighed the copper, particularly, because I wanted to make sure we were paid properly for the amount of copper (wire and old roofing flashing) we salvaged. Secondly, when they returned with a price of $300 I complained because it didn't jive with what our expectation of at least 5 times that amount in copper only. We also salvaged a 30 yard dumpster full of galvanized iron as well, so you can imagine our surprise. Magically, we we offered double when I complained bitterly. Which begs the question: why the huge discrepancy? Answer: because this company is dishonest. If your work with them expect to be ripped off.

Their co. Does not do anything related to what they advertised for. Poor communications skills. I tried to junk a car and they send me to another scrap metal co. Maybe because the situation now they start doing scrap. Or provably because I am Spanish they did not want to make business with me.

I can't say enough amazing things about TNT. I went for the first time today and upon arrival the workers that direct traffic out front were super friendly which is a huge change from the grumpy loud mouths you usually encounter. After a quick weigh in I was directed to the back where they unloaded everything for me. Then to top it off the owner Tim approached me, introduced himself, and talked about what I brought and how he can help my construction business moving forward. A couple new complimentary T-shirts later I walked away with a stack full of cash (more then I ever received at any other yard) and a new resource that is going to solve a major issue I've had. Everyone needs to come here or your just cheating yourself!

place sucks Everyone walks Around There With Their Head up their ass ignoring you like you have all day to spend there it only looks busy because nobody can get out of there weight may be right but they get around that by paying half the price which they don't tell you until after your stuff is in the pile don't waste your time here all other good reviews are fake.this place is a joke 12 cents a pound for batteries two days ago i got 24 from another place got $50 instead of $100 like anywhere else didn't even want to deal with getting my stuff back.i dont hours to waste oh on top of that i got a flat from that filthhole the floor is just mud with metal shards sticking out never again

This place has the best prices around. They take all types of metal. Easy to get to and not a lot of wait time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I go early on Saturday mornings so no wait at all. Call for prices you won't be disappointed. Don't forget to grab a shirt!

Wow, what an experience! I've never seen a scrap yard so busy in my life. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They answered all of my questions and paid me almost double what another nearby scrap yard offered. Even with the madness of dozens of rowdy customers, I got the attention I needed and was on my way in a matter of minutes. These guys are the best!!!!!

I would not buy from this scrap yard. Terrible service. There are many more yards out there who offer great service. I think common sense and good ole fashion customer service is all we want, not have these people talk to you as if they were the only ones around. Look at where they are located! Not buying there again and yes, we are an auto body shop, we buy in bulk.
