Giving this place 5 stars! Just went there today for the 1st time to scrap copper. Every employee was very nice excellent customer service. I highly recommend going here for any business u need taking care of from them. I will definitely be going to them from now on, to me customer service goes a long way and for that reason alone I will be returning to give them my business! Ron and Dan both have always been up front and straightforward, and great to do business with. Always fair when it comes to pricing, and keep a nice clean yard. What a God send this scrapyard has been for my dreams. They welcome the ScrapyardArtist such as myself. I use scrapyard metal to make my creations. This past wed late I realized that I needed sheet metal. To continue my flamingo piece. So I ran into the yard. Traffic can be fun in the 3:30 rush hour. The 15 min trip took me 25 mins. I arrived at 3:55 pm. They close at 4 pm. I was welcomed and helped by all who I came in contact with. Got to the pile of scrap I wanted to look for the metal quickly. Found what I needed. Was back at cashier in 5 mins time. Just in time for them to close. Thanks for the great team work. You guys rock in my world of scrapyard Art. I took a washer and dryer there and told them that the magnet stuck to it. It was the very end of the day and when I got my $7 I was taken back as to why it was so little. Here they paid me the tin rate. Last time I checked a washer and dryer are NOT made of tin. First and last time I will go there.

I came in with a lot of scrap copper cable of different gauges. I expected to get copper prices. Instead I found out I got low voltage cable rate at the payout machine. My buddies told me I got half the rate they usually get in Lebanon. If someone at the yard would have communicated that they weren’t giving me the better copper price, I would have sorted my cable by gauge. Instead I got very ripped off. Part of that’s my fault, but I will not be going back. It’s clear they are content to just say nothing and take your copper for cheap.

Took in 4 wood/coal stoves a while back and they only paid for 3. When i confronted them at the office they said 1 of the 4 was steel, not cast iron ,therefore they didn't pay for it. After a few smart comments from me they said i would have to do a separate transaction and weigh again. I decided not to and just won't ever go back. There are so many other scrap yards that are friendlier and pay much more its not worth dealing with these guys. From the looks of the other reviews this seems common practice to try not to pay for as much as possible. If I could give 0 stars it would still be to good for them.
