Red ball recycling is a clean scrap yard very organized easy place to find you don't have to worry about going in there and getting nails in your tires screws in your tires. The guys has been very helpful in the dark hair lady that works at the window she does a great job also. You can go in and get out without having to wait forever they take good care of you without having to be there forever. Also the prices they pay are pretty decent. I would recommend RED BALL RECYCLING TO EVERYBODY..

Proffesional operators, nice equipment, and modern up to date scales, software and technology. It is definitely worth crossing the river and selling to Red Ball.

Just dropped off some things to be recycled and was impressed with the way this place is set up due to COVID-19. The office has a glass window like a drive-thru. I put my items on a cart and a worker took the cart away. Didn't have to come into contact with anyone. Plus, they were really nice.

I went there the first time and the said to cot the silver solder joints off the copper to get # one price for it. So i cut all the joints out still got same #2 price and only got .30 a pound for my brass. Won't be back, calling BBB monday for sure. And the guy at the scales wow not a people person. I am going back across the river next time.

The girls there running the scales and the register along with the guys unloading are some of the nicest people anyone could meet. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about what is going on. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because their price list is wrong. I expected 3.40 per pound of #1 copper and only got 3.04. Please keep your price list undated.

A great experience. This was my first time at the facility and I was impressed by the size of the operation, how organized everything was and especially how clean the yard was for an operation like that. Yard employees were very helpful and the young lady in the office was very professional but also very friendly. I have been to many other centers but this will definitely be my first choice from now on.

Staff is very friendly and scrap price is competitive. However, I questioned the weight i was getting paid for so the last 2 times we went we took in smaller amounts and weighed them before we brought them in. They were short on what they paid us for both times. The second time we said something and the guy told us that their scales were calibrated and inspected regularly and my scales must be wrong. Mine were calibrated just before weighing my scrap. It is what it is I suppose. Short or not they are still 1000 times better than River Metals!
