We paid $15,000 for ScrapRight software one year ago. I wish I could give a good review but I can not. We have had continuous problems since we purchased it. The service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Instead of listening to and solving our problems the owner personally argued with me over the phone. Poor customer service, constant issues, won't let us cancel, price went from $99.99 a month to $149.99 after 3 months. Ohio dps never received a upload from them, had to redo tickets and upload manually. Not happy.
