I had upgraded my vehicle and found IPull-upull on google. I walked in and the manager came out and gave me a quote on the spot to buy my old car. Went inside for the paperwork and got that done within 15 minutes. The staff was super friendly as well. If I ever need parts I’d go back

iPull-uPull is a great new junkyard located in the city. There is a great selection of vehicles to take parts off of and the prices for parts is really good. For example, I paid $60 for a door (with hinges) and got $5 back when I brought in my old door. Other places charge $20+ dollars more. The layout of the lot is also really nice and there are large signs pointing to specific companies/regions of vehicles (for example imported or GMC). They also have free maps for you to find your way around with and free wheelbarrows for you to move parts. Employees are super helpful as well. My only gripe with this place is that there is a smaller selection. However, I imagine this is just because they are new. All in all, I will happily return.

Absolutely the best customer service i've had in a long time. The staff were mopping up from a crazy rain storm we had today but were all smiles and extremely courteous! :) I wish i had gotten some names but two male team members working Sat Aug 7th deserve kudos for assisting with a Tercel mirror. I was very disappointed to see that most of the cars are up to 2010 ,very few are newer than that.Beside that ,seeing the previous comments I do have to agree that there is a lot of spillage going on ,I personally saw two guys taking some parts from a Dodge Journey and all the coolant and oils were flowing on the ground and just by walking around I saw some similar spills from different vehicles,maybe the owner should take a walk around the yard to check that out before replying to reviews...Not recommending going there in a windy day as is a lot of dust because of unpaved yard and don't expect cheap prices or better deals than what you get at picknpull.On the good side ,they have a lot of wheelbarrows available and the yard is well organized.

WARNING!They don't collect the antifreeze or oils, everything is spilled on the ground with no regards for the environment .Most of the cars still have the coolant and fluids left on them and nobody seems to care.Besides .the majority of the cars are mostly junk from the 2000,parts are expensive and some people at the counter are clueless about what the parts are !

Haven't been in the yard yet so review will probably change soon but to main concerns have caught my attention first your website states that your yard has not yet opened to the public id recommend looking into that. 2 being a former crusher operator at picknpull i noticed a huge increase in customer's after we adopted an inventory system customer's are more likely to show if they know what they need is there. May i suggest adding your store to the other places that use row 52 for there inventory ststem. From what ive seen passing the yard it seems very well set up . Hoping to make it out today

Very nice looking facility, lots of parking. Staff was very helpful my first time being there and they had lots of inventory compared to other places. Showed up early for the grand opening and everyone was super nice the entire way throug, which is a welcomed change from the other 2 junkyards in the ednonton area. The building is super clean and well organized with a ton of cashiers so wait times were pretty low even with the grand opening rush. The yard is pretty organized and vehicles are supported really well so I'm very impressed. Only issue I have is the yard has some major ruts from heavy equipment but other than that this place is fantastic and by far the best yard in edmonton already. Website is quick and constantly being updated which is helpful too.

Went here for doors, its clean here, decent selection, prices are slightly higher. Every door is dented, buckled and scratched up from whatever loader they use to move the vehicles rendering their selection of otherwise perfect doors useless. Shame, because other than that damage more than 20 doors were in fantastic shape.

Unfortunately this is not a positive review. I thought they were more competitive but I found a manager by the name of Mark to be very unhelpful. He refused to match the price of his main competition. Even though they are 40% more expensive and the part I required was readily available at the competition which is much closer to my base of operations. I do like their yard which is clean, well organized and vehicles are secured up off the ground safely. Their office is clean and they have plenty of wheelbarrows so it's not all bad. Potentially a great operation let down by one individual as far as I can see.
